Lori prides herself on her ability to listen to the needs of her clients and to develop a massage plan, specifically tailored to their physical and energetic needs, by incorporating multiple massage modalities into each session. Her passion is working with her clients to help them achieve their wellness goals.
She completed an 800 hour massage training program, at Elements of Wellness Massage School, in St. Louis, MO, which included 100+ hours of hands on clinic experience. She has worked with a diverse group of clients with varied therapeutic and wellness needs. Some common issues she has worked on with her clients are: muscle tension, Fibromyalgia, Chronic Pain Syndrome, Tinnitus, Scar-release Therapy, and, as part of an integrated health care team, post-chemotherapy side effects.
Lori Woodney is a Licensed Massage Therapist, who lives in Jackson, Missouri, with her husband, Steve, and their son, Zachary, and their beloved Dachshund, Dixie. Her hobbies include: running, weight-training, hiking, and biking.
