I had an 11:30 appointment to see Dr. Dresnick and arrived on time. The girl at the front desk was kind. After waiting for 45 minutes I asked if I would be called soon and they said it would be another 30-45 minutes. I didn't have a 1:00 PM appointment. I had an 11:30 AM appointment. I had even called earlier in the morning to confirm my appointment and they could have told me then how back up they were. They didn't. My time is no less important than theirs. If I did this to a restaurant I made reservations at, they would be in their right not to seat me. I have the right to go to another Dr. Doctors make massive amount of money. They live in the nicest houses, drive the most expensive cars, and wear the nicest watches. They can afford to respect their patients more. We deserve better.

Failure for the office to do their job. I wan unable to get an appointment with a referral. Issue is with office manager, KIM, who is unwilling to accept responsibility for their failure in able to help potential patients. I had a referral and am in walking distance from their office. If you want to learn how to become a medical biller try making an appointment. Never had such a horrid experience scheduling an appointment to any specialist. I see 3 other specialists and am a cancer survivor. Not sure if doctor is good or not, cannot get past front desk. HORROR.

I patiently waited for my procedure appointment and followed directions as best as I could ,Once I was called inside Jessica ,Hannah ,Dr Boccio and Dr Dreznick were very good with everything thank you

Office manager KIM and staff are a disgrace. They are a nightmare to deal with and the doctors should be embarrassed this is who they have representing their office. They do not care if you are in pain, need a refill, an office visit etc. what they say goes and that’s it.

I never write reviews, but this place needs one. Came to this office five times and every time I left either in tears or feeling completely unheard and disrespected by the office staff. If you want to go to a GI office that treats you like a human being and a patient they want to care for DO NOT GO HERE. They only care about your money and make your day worse, no empathy at all. The office staff is rude and overall just mean.

Please fire the person who does the scheduling here! I came in for a 1:00 appointment and waited over 45 mins to be seen.I had to leave work early to come in for this appointment and was told I had to show up exactly at 1 but yet there were 3 patients ahead of me. Thanks a lot for the inconvenience. Not happy with this office.

1 star is generous it’s more like zero stars. Worst doctor’s office I’ve ever been to.
