Southdale Village Family Restaurant

Really enjoyed breakfast here. A delicious omelette. The place was quite busy and the food took a while but the staff were very attentive and apologized for the delay. Would definitely keep supporting this establishment.Food: 5/5

While visiting Winnipeg, the Canadian Mint was one if our must see locations. Looking for a restaurant after our tour, we discovered this little gem. Although it was very busy over lunch, the staff appeared to be a well oiled machine. From start to finish, we were very impressed with this restaurant. Judging by their clientele, they must have a lot of repeat customers. Another positive sign of a great place to eat.

Loved this little restaurant! *Waitress/server, Ashley: Lovely young lady. Was attentive, friendly and efficient! *Food: everyone was happy with their meals! Everything was cooked perfectly! Even the Clubhouse had real turkey slices on it! *Value: Great bang for your buck! Good sized portions for a reasonable price! *Overall: Will be back. The service is very good. The waitresses are very friendly and helpful. The food is so very good. I have the roast beef dinners for seniors and it’s so tasty and the presentation makes the food very yummy!Food: 5/5

Food was a disappointment, pan fries were overcooked and leftovers. Omelet was also overcooked, family has been going there for years but I wont be back.Food: 1/5

2 breakfast specials with coffee was $25+. Nothing fancy or special about it as the potatoes definitely need dome onions/ spice. Pricey for what you get .Food: 3/5

Atmosphere was great, the food was fabulous. I had the corned beef melt and fries. The social distancing was followed. Staff all wore masks, place was very clean. Sanitizer at door. Will go back for sure or order take out.
