Amazing, flawless and very reasonably priced. During, one of the most difficult things I have ever had to do, laying my Mother to rest this went perfectly. I have zero experience with this sort of thing and it couldn't have went better. I'm not an easy person to please and the process was quick, professional and most importantly, beautiful. I know Mom would have approved.

Mr. New was very compassionate and understanding after my wife passed away. Avoid a woman named Diane at all costs. I suggest you refuse to deal with her immediately.

Good. They had very reasonable rates and they also run specials. It's always good to get a good deal when a loved one has died or passed away.. I recommend this funeral home when you need to save money and get your loved one taken care of quickly they also have a cemetery behind the funeral home which is also very reasonable. They also have a Crematory.. Which is also another benefit to visit Funeral Home. When a loved one dies and you need you make arrangements for their disposition. This is a very good Funeral Home. With that being said I recommend this Funeral Home..

Richard New and his staff were absolutely amazing for my father's visitation , funeral and burial in their cemetery. They went above and beyond and all with kindness and respectful! Thank you for making one of the hardest days in our lives so very special and a real celebration of his life

Southern Oaks is the BEST ! Richard and his staff, even down to the receptionist are friendly but yet caring and compassionate. Everything was perfect because Richard and his staff make sure that it was. I would highly recommend them as the funeral home you should use.

Did my pre-planning, Richard D. New and his son Josh New and staff were more than accommodating to my needs and desires! I have my services, grave plot at Southern Oaks Cemetery and my monument all set up, only thing missing is ME, but I can wait! Great deals, I appreciate you guys, actually made it fun. The staff is friendly, caring and sweet. They offer wonderful keepsakes and a great variety of options. Richard was so very helpful in planning and caring for our needs. We appreciate them immensely and highly recommend using their services.

This is not about the funeral home, this is about the website... Can no longer access the website to look at recent obituaries. Has been this way for about 3-4 months. Really need to update website.
