It is a fine place there is a store with 1 dollar bottles of ammonia that I used to use for cleaning every day, I had pizza from beside there on occasion and I only had to be on the bus for a few minutes to get to university... there is a gas station there and a lot of clothing stores... I would try and move back there if I could find another one... the roads were very clean there was really places to park and there was a police station right beside it, along with an ice manufacturing plant, it's right beside another gas station and finally there was a new skatepark added there right after I moved. I tried finding out about that park when there was a meeting to design it however I didn't find out where it was in time. I'm on low income housing now with neighbors on the other side of all my walls, so I leave my fan on the wall now... leaving the fan on the wall made a large enough difference that I can't complain about moving but I still really would. The managers were helpful when I moved in to the trailer, it had to have repairs done on it and the sink eventually needed replaced when I left. My washer and dryer broke and the replacement I found on a mobile app didn't work well for me and I didn't think of getting a stackable set I have one now but anyway I didn't have a hard time cleaning the place except for when flies came in and I had to spray them with the ammonia. It was only 1 dollar per bottle at the dollar store and on Amazon the same bottle was eight dollars!
If you are wise you would stay away from this money pit! For starters the so called manager is a thief, always looking for a way to get money from you for the most outrageous things, second, you can't get a straight answer from anyone about anything! Also your water is subject to be cut off any given time of the day without notice, then when you receive your guestimated water bill it's through the roof, if anything the cpd should look into this place for the many goings on there! Stay far away! You have been warned
Parking issues among other problems but safe mobile home park thus far
I live there and very clean!!
I used to live there and it was very clean and we'll kept. Now it's overgrown and messy with trash everywhere and broke down mobile homes with broke down cars.
Went to go buy a trailer cops arresting someone looks like they're trying to clean the place up but overall still the hood I would suggest staying away and it has turned into Little Mexico
Safe And quiet But You Guys Should Make The trailers Look Nice Before People Move in.
Terrible location, much to tightly packed in but quite the friendly atmosphere.
Trashy dirty junky
Nice trailers if you want to live out of town
