It's a great place I had a very unfortunate situation here a few years back that has now caused me to possoy never have kids and I became very I'll when the drs there should never had let me leave the 1st time let alone the 2nd and 3rd time the blood work alone had said I was septic and very sick and they told me constipation the very next day I was hospitalized for 3 days and brought into emergency surgery I had a ovary and tube on my one side removed and it was so bad that not only the size and infection but my ovary was completely mush and I have no children and am 34 now and may now never have kids.  I will never forget that but since the. The last time I was there I was treated very well but nuthing can make up for what happened and what I went through the 3 time's I went there.

The front desk excellent in every way, doctors, nurses and all personnel great and deserve a five star rating but the phone system that has been an issue for several years now doesn't deserve a one star rating.

On April 15th I drove to Reed City Hospital for an MRI appt at 5:30. From the front desk to registration to the MRI team I was treated with great kindness & respect. Their concern for my comfort was so impressive. I'm not used to that type of treatment at Spectrum Grand Haven where you are nothing more then a number. Please thank your staff for me.

I'm a medical transportation driver and often take passengers here for their appointments.They tell me that the staff is very friendly and helpful.And the doctors treat them with compassionate and professional care.

I was seen at the ER here last night and the doctor and male nurse i had were awesome. I had my don with me and i was feeling faint nd the nurse put on cartoons for him. They made sure i was okay and very fast. Glad to have an awesome hospital near by.

I spent six hours in the emergency department with my mother last night. When we arrived, she was in horrible pain and a bit lethargic, due to high blood pressure and high blood sugar. Her nurses were absolutely AMAZING!! Brooke and Laura, and the tech, Jenn, were so patient and kind with her. Then the doctor? Dr. Harold Moores. Very thorough. Very concerned. I have had some, not so pleasant, visits in the past. However, this team of four, went above and beyond to ensure my mom was comfortable and taken care of. You three ladies are perfect examples of what our medical professionals should be, loving, caring, kind and patient. Thank you all for doing what you were put on this Earth to do! It's obvious that you are all in the PERFECT profession!

Dirty and not sanitary at all. Didn't see one person disinfect a ink pen, clip board or anything waited and still am waiting for 4 and a half hours. I will limp to Cadillac and save the time and trouble. Been here almost 5 hours and talked to real people maybe for ten minutes. Asked for pain management, and waited almost forty minutes. Seen four people come in go, while we sit and wait for nothing. Very frustrating and scary. Hire more people if this is the case. I've never waited more than a half hr in Cadillac and that's when they have a full house. I'm disappointed and won't be back after today. My ex was in alot of pain, and I don't feel like they helped him enough, or communicated that they were busy, or managed his pain properly. If they were this busy why weren't we referred to urgent care or somewhere that had time!

Usually my experience here is flawless. This time I called to make a new patient appointment with a doctor that came recommend by my family. After being transferred over the phone 4 different times and being told to “hang on a sec” each time I was sent to a voicemail, which I left over 2 weeks ago & it still has not been returned. 10/10 unimpressed

If I could give it no stars, I would. The wait is so dreadful. We've been waiting for 4 hours and they're just now reading a catscan after we asked them to take out the IV.  When I asked what was taking so long, they responded that it was and ER yet I've seen at least 20 people come and leave in the time that we have been sitting here waiting for something to get done. I get that ER is a busy place and it's not just us, but we have only been seen twice up until we considered leaving. If you have someone who is in pain or in need of immediate treatment, this is not the right place to go.
