We offer toddler/preschool gymnastics, fun play (ages 14 months - 5 years), tumbling instruction, stunt clinics, cheer skills classes and all-star cheer teams for ages 3-unlimited, birthday parties for all ages., and more! The Spirit Zone Cheerleading & Gymnaastics Training Center of Hamden, now in business for 13 years, trains over 2,000 youth and high school cheerleaders and teams each year to make them strong competitive athletes. Spirit All-Stars in Hamden currently has 13 competitive full year and half year teams whom along their journey have earned countless awards and National Championships. Our facility is air-conditioned equipped with a 42 x 42 cheer floor, 6 x 42 tumbling strip, air track, various spotting equipment and Connecticut’s most elite and experienced cheer and tumbling staff. Our coaches are First Aid & CPR certified, AACCA certified and credentialed by the USASF to train athletes safely.
