Spot Coffee Saratoga

Consistency is key. Happy employees, happy customers. I debated on what star to give. Usually, when I walk in I’m greeted with a warm welcome by both the food prep worker and cashier. Sunday morning at 7:10 they open at 7:00, I was met with dirty looks and silence. They were obviously still prepping and not prepared for customers despite them being open. They looked miserable and gave the impression that I was in their way. The cashier was especially miserable. Food is not very consistent and on high side for what you get. Perhaps offer a transactional survey for feedback to avoid low reviews on these platforms or ask people in your network to be a secret shopper during off peak hours to ensure your service is a consistent one. It’s so close to my home so it’s a convenient choice. I wouldn’t mind paying a little extra when I feel good about my purchase but there are other coffee shops in the area that are only a few blocks away with a much better vibe AND better prices. On a more positive note the person you have working with a shaved head and funky hair color is a lot more of what you need. Always friendly and welcoming. I hope this feedback was valuable. Great espresso, great variety of food, great seating for some sun, great prices, great staff. Good for meet ups or getting some work done. This place is a no fuss, proper cafe. Easier parking as it’s not directly on broadway, but just one block away from everything. It’s a secret being back off of the Main Street, but is my favorite cafe in all of Saratoga for the past 4 years.

Have not been here in awhile for reasons I won't list. Not sure if they are under new management but they are 110% improved. Very clean atmosphere, food is great. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Whoever is owning/managing this place is doing a great job!Food: 5/5

Good food and service, place is gross though. Pay someone to clean. Everything above your head is coated in dirt. It’s been quite awhile since anyone has made an effort.Food: 4/5

Spot coffee is an eclectic little spot we frequent a lot. The food is great with lots of selections for people with dietary restrictions. They are LGBTQIA+ friendly. Vegetarian options: Many vegetarian options are available Kid-friendliness: Very child friendly and even make special waffles on the weekend Parking: Very congested parking in Glens Falls. The one in Saratoga has more options for parking. Wheelchair accessibility: Both are wheelchair accessible Dietary restrictions: Gluten free and dairy free options available.

I always get the chicken pesto panini; comes with a little garden salad, comforting yet healthy deliciousness! Also can’t go without the Cinco milkshake with espresso & whipFood: 5/5

The coffee is awful. The food was quite good. The next morning, we walked past an empty spot coffee shop to Uncommon Grounds where we waited in line for 15 minutes to get our coffee - night and day better. Skip this place and hit the better coffee shop.Food: 2/5

Second visit the Latte improved and the muffin was much better than the bagel. Classic coffee shop decor and playlist. Variety of seating options is a great feature.

Coffee is great, but the WiFi is not. I have come here a couple times to get some work done and enjoyed the beverages each time, but the WiFi connection is painfully slow couldn’t even open Gmail. Bring your hotspot if you plan to pull out the laptop here. Atmosphere is pretty cool and great location in town too.
