Great option for top-quality breakfast food and coffee note, no espresso machine. Vegan option: vegetables and home fries - well-prepared, delicious. Milk: from local cows. Pancakes: absolutely delicious, local maple syrup. Omelette: ordered the one with goat cheese and it was a generous portion of it plus mushrooms and onion. Eight grain bread - delicious. Croissant: got the grilled one - cut in half and warmed up for extra crunchiness. Very tasty treat. Coffee: good black American coffee Herbal teas: a few caffeine-free options. I liked the Organic African Nectar. Too bad it had “natural flavors.” Overall, this is a great breakfast/lunch place. Of course, nothing is better than home-made food that you know every ingredient which goes in it. This is certainly a close second. Highly recommend!
Ah, Sweet Mimi’s. The cinnamon bun pancakes are bomb. Also so are the lemon ricotta pancakes featured on beat Bobby flay . This place always has a line. The food is beyond good… I’ve ate here more times than I can count but it’s never disappointed. Come hungry and expect to wait! I recommend going early so you can submit your request for a reservation and then walk around town till they text you. A great brunch place
Very sweet but small spot on Phila. Parking can be tricky especially during the busy summer/track months. Absolutely delicious fresh food and awesome baked goods. If you're looking for a special breakfast with a menu of items you won't find at any traditional diner it's worth the wait. I come every couple months with friends. Breakfast for 2 usually runs us $50 + tip. Definitely on the pricier side.
This place was EVERYTHING. You can tell it is well loved when it opens at 8 and by 8:15 the place is essentially full. I got an omelette off their seasonal menu Summer 2022 and my friend got the Lemon Ricotta pancakes. Both were amazing. Service was super quick, there were lots of baked goods you could take to go as well. Not every place are you paying for quality, but that is definitely true of Sweet Mimi's.
Been to saratoga frequently and just found this place as I was sticking to restaurants and boutiques on Broadway. Now that I found this place there us no turning back. They have been named the best breakfast spot in Saratoga for the last few years. Note this recognition comes with some wait time!! Did you know Chef Jeannette was aired on Food Network’s Beat Bobby Flay? The ingredients are fresh with eggs sourced locally from Thomas Poultry, buttermilk from King’s Diary, maple syrup tapped from Mapleland Farm, muffins bread from Rockhill Bakehouse and gelato from Saratoga Gelato. They have a breakfast, lunch and bakery menu. The menu includes eggs, pancakes, waffles, French toast and others. We went with the one item from each of the menu item, cinnamon pan cake, plain waffles, scrambled ends with sweet potato and veggies and berry French toast. My favorite was the French toast and they don't skimp on the berries. The toast tasted more like banana bread and was my favorite. Note that most of the items other than the waffle came from their March monthly special menu. During my prior visit I had 2 bakery items, both of which were excellent. My favorite was the raspberry pie. I definitely would go back there but remember to get there by 2pm.
Large portions of delicious food with wonderful smiling servers. Great diverse menu and lots of baked goods in a case by the door if you want to just grab something and go to the park. Parking: Not much parking in Saratoga anywhere including this street...
Wow this breakfast, extremely close to perfect. Got the bistro sandwich with a side of home fries and a coffee. The croissant was butters to perfection, eggs over easy, tomatoes, bacon, avocado, all extremely hot and fresh. Great size portions and most entrees can probably be split between two people unless your appetite is MASSIVE. Ask for the home fries crispy, you will not regret it. Was just visiting for the weekend but ended up having one of the best breakfasts of my life. Highly recommend this awesome little breakfast place!!!!
This is everything you want a Saratoga Springs Breakfast / Brunch place to be. They offer indoor or outdoor seating. The decor gives this place a 1950s country feel. The food is gourmet with surprisingly large portions. The staff is friendly and the prices fair. Their coffee is awesome!Food: 4/5
Had breakfast here this morning while visiting Saratoga. What an excellent experience! The food was fantastic as well as the service! If ever in the area again we will definitely be back! The pancakes were so good!!
Apple-baked french toast was like bread pudding -- in the best way! I loved it. Buttermilk pancakes had some huge and delicious blueberries. We didn't care for the coffee, but the table next to us did. Very friendly staff and nice pastry selection inside.
