Awesome park with so many ways to play for all ages. There were a few structures I had never seen before. The mural in the bathroom was a beautiful surprise.
I went there for Memorial Day and they had the Field of Honor which was a sight to see We also visited the living memorial. The volunteers were very kind and helpful.Playground: YesOff-leash dog area: YesPicnic tables: Yes
The kids favorite park in football. It gets a little crazy busy. But it a wonderful place.
Dog-friendly park for all ages. Great place to go for a walk, take your kiddos, plenty of room for a picnic or to just sit in the sun on a bench. Every time I've been, there have been quite a few people there mostly all with kiddos so lots of other kids on the playground for mine to play with. Clean park and restrooms were decently clean but there was no soap or paper towels/dryers available.
Definitely busy, but everyone you bump into here is so friendly that it’s not an issue. This park has everything and it’s an absolutely gorgeous area. They have tennis courts, basketball courts, luscious green fields, a dog park, a massive playground, a skate park, tons of walking/running/biking trails, and so much more! It’s incredible; I’d suggest checking it out if you find yourself in the area and want to spend some time exploring the park :
Great place! Lovely and quaint, with a few trails nearby and easy access.
I love this park! Splash park is going in the summer. Dog park and skate park right here too. Would have 5 star but they really need to clean up the graffiti in this park and add some seating. It's a popular park with one covered seating area-
The park itself is great. But contrary to what it says on here, it is not 24 hours. Dont park your car here overnight or in the morning you'll have some form of law enforcement knocking on your window with a baton, then menacingly swinging the baton around while having an unwarranted attitude and telling you that you can't be there, even if you're calm, collected, and respectful to the officer. Hope someone puts that officer in their place, whether that's on the streets or in the ground. Again, the park itself is nice at least. Fort Collins just seems to have an issue with anyone who doesn't make 50k+ a year.
Absolutely remarkable place...There is plenty of room for all types of activities...play ground area is well thought out to accomodate all ages...The grass area supports plenty of fields for soccer and other activities....The picnic area is covered for shade with restrooms within close proximity....absolutely a plus. Lots of benches for resting....plenty of parking with Handicap access.... The only down side during my visit here was that there was a group of mixed gender individuals that were very loud and foul mouthed.....which made it uncomfortable for our party because we had our 4 and 7 year old grandsons with us there to participate in a soccer match.....Very dissappointing to see individuals who have such a limited vocabulary display this type of behavior and feel like they are contributing to the betterment of our society.....
I went to this park for the bike skills area and the skatepark- the skills area is geared towards entry level riders and is very overgrown. The skatepark is simple and not geared towards bikes. The playground and fields are exceptionally nice and well maintained, the dog park is a fairly nice as well.
