Fantastic place and peoplewith the exception of that ONE my dogs have been taken care of to the upmost, dr. Smith I feel has gone above and beyond and is very available whenever I’ve been there and I appreciate that greatly doesn’t happen much anymore!

UPDATE July 2023. Still outstanding. We've been going with out Norfolks for nearly 30 years. She and her staff adore them and are true animal lovers. Our Finn had a pretty big surgery on his bladder. They even kept him the night to let him recover. Thanks to Dr. Smith and her team for sending him home with the tail still wagging and the endless licks. Outstanding care from Dr. Smith and her staff. We drive an hour but it's worth it. Even in minor emergencies they try to accommodate. Amazing team. New Dr. With Dr. Smith. The staff love our pups. They love them back. Plus we get to see goats and horses.

Dr. Smith and the Spring Mills Veterinary Hospital staff have been caring for our pets for more than 15 years. You will not find more skilled or compassionate care for your animals.

My family has been going to Dr. Smith for years. I can’t say enough positive things about her. She truly cares about animals and is not just trying to make a profit. She is EXTREMELY knowledgeable and I love how straightforward she is. She is very accommodating to her patients and prices are reasonable. I wouldn’t trust another vet over Dr. Smith.

My cat actually died waiting to go into this place of a heart attack, I'm very sad to say. We had to wait what seemed like an Inordinate amount of time just to see him and by the time they actually let us all in there, he had died. After that, I Seriously wouldn't send anything living to this place and the lady that we saw who I think runs it, seemed about as Cold as can be with the bedside manner to Match. I wish our experience had been better than that, but it was a very sad day for us all, unfortunately. Very Cold Customer Service... :

Recently moved to the area and am so happy to have found Spring Mills. I have only visited a couple times now, but they already treat me — and my pets — like family. Just this week, they were fully booked yet made time to see my puppy, who had injured his eye. Their prices are beyond reasonable, and they don't attempt to upsell you on anything unnecessary. Am thrilled to have found such a fantastic place just down the road.

First off let me just say this!! I HAVE NEVER SEEN A MORE COMPASSIONATE, LOVING AND CARING VET THEN DR. SMITH!! I do not believe that she's in it for the money like Tinton Falls etc. etc. I just moved to the area and I needed to pick a new vet. I saw animal hospital so I figured why not. I could NOT BE HAPPIER with my choice I made!! I have taken my dog there for multiple visits via leg issues, where they needed to board my Great Dane over night MULTIPLE TIMES for other issues, and every time I go the issue I have always gets resolved and she is very fairly priced!! Her office staff is AMAZING, they are very sweet and care for the animals also!! I then recommended my friends dog there and his dog right he has taken the dog everywhere!! has paid thousands of dollars and he said I give up. I told my friend I said take your dog to my vet and if they don't resolve the issue ill reimburse you. Low and behold Dr. Smith works her magic again and his Sheppard is fine!! Listen I can go on all day and day about how well of a Dr. she is!! Also if there was more then 5 stars I would def give it!! So if you are new to the area or just dissatisfied with your vet give Spring Mills a shot...YOU CANT GO WRONG!!

Dr. Smith is caring and makes herself available for questions and concerns. She was gentle and kind to my family and our dog when she passed as well as leading up to that day. She has been welcoming and caring with our new pup and we just love her and her staff.
