I went to the walk-in clinic to get stitches removed. Staff was friendly, there wasn't a wait to be seen, and everyone was very good at their job. In and out pretty quick, no complaints.
This is the only place I will go I have been to so many different doctors offices and this is by far the most caring professional place I've been to every single doctor I've had in this facility has been absolutely top of the line to the point where I even had a doctor call me on the weekend to make sure I was okay after getting bad news at the doctors the day before they really go above and beyond to make sure that I feel taken care of and on top of that everything is readily available right there my kids go to the pediatrics in the same building as my doctor and also behavioral health is in the same building I just can't say enough good things about this place the pediatrics department is amazing impatient with my child who can be very difficult especially at the doctor's office and they are just so good with him and my doctor will actually touch base with a place if there was a referral sent out and I haven't heard anything if I have a problem they get me in usually the same day I'll never go anywhere else
Trying to call to see IF they have any covid test appointments available and was hung up on more than three times. Edit: when they did answer after trying again hours later and calling twice they said they don't do rapid tests and that you have to schedule an appointment with Vermont Dep.of Health. I must say, cases are going up, not a lot of people are caring enough to wear masks, and this is going to make things worse than it has to be.
Walk in clinic is amazing. Pleasant, spotless and fast - with nobody coughing in the waiting area. Great staff.
Just went for a scheduled covid test and could not get in for the testing due to an interior door being locked. The lady in the testing area made eye contact with me and ignored my several attempts asking for assistance. She just sat there eating her food and moved her chair back to not see me. Complete trash
Has left me without my meds 3 times now for a week at a time, scheduled an appointment 4 months ago because I couldn't get in sooner, they canceled it and scheduled me 2 weeks out, canceled, so I switched PCP's. Now I've waited over an hour to get into my appointment for 1:15. 10/10 If you have heart problems dont go here, because the stress of even making an apt will make you have a heart attack EDIT- it's now 3 a clock and I have yet to be seen
First impressions are everything and this place is a doozy. First appointment having to wait an hour past my scheduled appointment time just to be put in a room and wait another 30 minutes to be seen. One of the front deck ladies is complete b$&@h when I went to ask at 45 minutes past my scheduled appointment time that “you’ll be seen when she’s ready, I don’t know what to tell you”. DONE AND DONE, no one else make the mistake I did and waste your time.
I went to the Springfield Health Center Walk-In Clinic on the 1st of March. After waiting for over an hour in an empty waiting room I was seen by practitioner Julia Chickering. After explaining to the practitioner that I had an ear infection and I have had a sinus infection for over two weeks that has been accompanied by a relentless cough she told me that there was no infection and I simply had swimmers ear. I requested medication for the sinus and respiratory infection but she told me if I still had it in another week to come back, this was after I told her I had already had it for two weeks. I woke up this morning with a throbbing pain in the opposite ear and continuous throbbing in the original ear. Therefore, there is no way I have swimmers ear, it is most likely from the sinus infection that has caused my ears to become infected. The practitioners and doctors at the Springfield Medical office don't listen to the patients and just dismiss you as not knowing what your talking about when it comes to your own body. I don't suggest this medical office to anyone, it is a terrible place to receive care when you are not feeling well. Its a shame that they rush their patients out without actually listening to them, horrible practice.
Great place, went for the first time recently, I saw a Dr very quickly and they diagnosed & prescribed something I needed.
Difficult to find the Testing versus Vaccination site and State of Vermont info was useless. Hope this helps!
