I had been a customer of T-Mobile for a long time and recently left , but am going back. Aside from the service - which only was spotty sometimes the associates here are awesome. Adam is awesome, he had helped us when we first started and then ported over phones for my parents a few years back. He is so down to earth, and genuinely a really nice and pleasant person to work with. He is good energy to be around. Recently Melissa was helping us get things sorted out and she is awesome too. I feel like when it comes to phone places you can get someone who legit doesn’t care or just wants to be pushy or you get lucky and you find people that want to help - both of them are the latter. My most recent problem , I was legit ready to go throw my phones in the Delaware river and call it a day , it was beyond stressful and she definitely helped me through that. Im very lucky to have both of them at my local store. Even the managers here are nice , I have definitely had encounters with other people here I just don’t know their names, but my go two are these two. Thank you both!!!

Asked for Alyssa she’s an associate that truly does not care if she makes a sale. She is there to help. However after 30 days with my moms newest Apple Watch we got 30 days ago a different associate I won’t name was ridiculously sneaky. It took me several hours to realize she told us to go to the Apple store to fix the watch only because she was not getting a sale. She put the password in incorrectly and claimed she could not get into the watch. I thought it may had been her nails but I was like I’m not gonna be that woman to tell her to cut them so I put the code in and handed it back to her. She then had to pass the watch over to her manager while it was upgrading because her shift was over. That’s all the watch needed! Was to be upgraded! And it’s my belief she told us to go to the Apple store all the way out of our way because she was t making a commission. She didn’t even bother to ask someone from her team for help. I can bet it’s because she has a reputation with her coworkers of playing dumb so they get caught up in dumb service requests like ours. So she is more available to scope the floor for sales. I shouldn’t be blaming the rep I can see other similar complaints. Maybe T-mobile should reconsider how to pay their employees.
Alyssa was great in helping my family switch over and get the best rate available. I highly recommend this location and Alyssa - top notch customer service.
When I opened my account on June 4th, I was told a promotion was running that would give me 20% off of my bill for life. I purchased an iPhone, and was told I could get an Apple Watch for free with the promotion. I was also told I could get a phone case for free, just had to pay the taxes. The sales rep put a USB-C adapter in the bag with my other items, without mentioning anything about it. It turns out all of this was a lie. I did not ever get 20% off. On my first bill which came about two weeks after I signed up, I was charged for the Apple Watch, the phone case, and the USB-C adapter. I've reached out to customer service multiple times since then, and they gave me $30 off of my bill as a "courtesy." $30 out of the total cost of all of those items, not even factoring in the 20% I should be getting discounted each bill, is hardly a courtesy at all. The sales rep who lied to me is named Yousef Abuhillo. I will take responsibility for signing the documents that bound me into these payments, but it does not dismiss the complete negligence of T-Mobile and the dishonesty of Yousef.

I've learned that there's always a 50/50 chance I'll get bad customer service at this location. Either rudeness, a really long wait, or misinformation.

I was looking for a non stressful transition and found it. Happy to be back with T Mobil. They have the very best plan around. The supervisor Adam was knowledgeable, patient and respectful. You can’t ask for more than that.
Terrible service and extremely rude , Yaislyn and Ash sold me a broken IPhone , I came back to get it replaced and they didn’t help me at all . Now I’m stuck with a broke phone. They are very rude and seem very disinterested in their jobs. They kept talking and looking at their phones the whole time I was there . After this month I will be canceling this service and switching to a different carrier. Absolutely terrible how bad service has become now a days .
