Let me tell you, I walked in there and the lady's working were so welcoming. They made you feel like you are a normal size person. There sales are crazy great. I was looking for a dress for a wedding I don't do dresses at all but I saw one tried it on and fall in love with it. Great all around
Torrid has current styles and fun clothing for larger sizes. Yes, it can be pricy but the quality hasn’t let me down yet! This specific store is on the smaller side but what it lacks in inventory, it gains in customer service! I had such great help in this store today, which is so difficult to come by these days. If I continue to have a choice, I will shop here over Oxford valley
I love Torrid. They are a bit pricey but the clothes is very good quality and they always have lots of sales going on which is great. Torrid jeans are the most comfortable jeans I've ever worn and they have short sizes so the jeans fit me perfect. The stores don't have everything they offer online but its great either way as long as you know what your torrid size is ordering online is super easy because the sizes are true to size.

These ladies are fabulous! Super friendly and very customer service driven. The only other time I've had this level of service was when I worked in women's fashion and the team I was on was equally as good. LOL It has been over 10 years since that happened. But if you want stupendous service, visit Torrid at Neshaminy Mall.

This is the best customer service I’ve gotten in months ! This was my first time at this torrid location and everything was amazing! From the selection to the employees working there. They ALL helped me figure out what shoes and jacket to wear to an upcoming event. This location isn’t close to where I live, however I will definitely be traveling the extra distance to this store. Loved it !!
My very first time shopping here, the ladies that were working today I cant thank them enough for their excellent customer service, they were super friendly and it made me feel welcome in the store. I'm definitely going to be shopping there again.
I had an excellent first time experience at Torrid thanks to Sarah. She asked if I needed help with the sizing and I said yes. She then asked my measurements and told me what size to try on which was a perfect fit. When I couldn't find a matching swim set she offered to look through every swim suit to help me find a match in my size. Unfortunately, there was nothing in the store. She offered to look online so I could benefit from the sale. She ordered me a bottom, while I bought the top in store. She chatted with me during check out and wished me well on my upcoming move next week. Working in customer service, I think it's very important to recognize a great employee and Sarah was nothing but kind, helpful, and went above and beyond expectations. Thank you!
