Things Remembered

I went to order a small placard for a book I wanted engraved. The lady told me it would be ready in 30 minutes so I came back in 35. I had to wait an extra 20 minutes because she hadn't even done the engraving yet and truthfully the only reason she did the engraving was because I had to stand in front of her and ask her how long was it going to take. She did not once apologize for the lateness or for me having to wait and on top of that when it was done she just handed me the small placard and told me to stick it on myself. I asked her doesn't it normally get bolted on there because I had previously purchased and that's how it was done she said no it has a strong adhesive it'll just stick on there. Horrible experience I will never go back there again.

I ordered a mug online to pick it up at this store. The mug looked like they drunk from it before they gave it to me. It was scratched up and there was fingerprints all over it. Mind you, this was a gift I was going to give like 30 minutes later. I pointed it out to the employees and they acted like they did not even care. I would never order from this location again.

Their employee Sonoma is very polite and patient. I will be back again
