One of the best museums I’ve been to. Absolutely loved the exhibit on Japanese alumni and their stories. Beautiful art on the prejudices faced by the AAPI community. History is powerful and makes us better knowing what to do differently. Having been to Egypt recently, also loved the international exhibits of Egypt, as well as Greece, several countries in Africa, and SE Asia. Free entrance with donations recommended

The place had a very pleasant environment. We visited for a few occasions and were amazed by the artwork and arrangement. Even though it's a small museum, it's definitely worth a visit! Personally, I really like all the statues. I plan on returning here in the future.
I live less than an hour away and had never been to Spurlock. Now we can't wait to go back! We attended a Pow-wow 101 presentation and learned so much. We even joined many other audience members on stage at the end and danced with the pros.Visited onWeekendWait timeNo waitReservation recommendedNot surePrice for adult entryFree
Not bad at all! Only 5% of their collections artifacts, sculptures etc are on display due to the space crisis. What a shame! There are no entry fees, however, it’s my request to everyone to donate as much as you can so that they can keep up the good work for years to come.
This was a great little museum. If it's free it's for me! My oldest son loved the mummy they had on display. They showed pictures too of what they thought the mummy looked like if he/she was still alive. Many of the items they had on display were replicas, but just as fun to look at. I wouldn't say a great place for young children. Easy to sound an hour here.
Really cool more things are being added great place to take someone on a date not much time needed to through the whole museum but plenty of things to take pictures and make memories Visited onWeekendWait timeNo waitReservation recommendedNoPrice for adult entryFree
This is a fantastic museum that tells the story of so many world cultures. My favorite place on campus, definitely. So worth a visit... It is completely free to visit, though they ask for a donation, and everyone is extremely friendly and willing to help. While I am a student employee at Spurlock, I am also deeply interested in art and culture. And, this museum is the perfect place to experience both. I would also highly recommend their new exhibit regarding the AIDS crisis. It is a wonderful memorial to that time.
Free, its also 2 stories so you could spend hours. To the people that said it was "small" gave me the understanding it was going to be small. Far from it! Make sure to go up stairs, take the time too read the descriptions, do the bingo on the clipboards by the entrance, you easily have a 2 or more hour activity! Just make sure to leave a donations in the box!
Fun little museum. Not much information about the items on display but had some great items to see.
