Besides giving a monetary donation, the best way you can support St. Vincent de Paul of Seattle|King County, as we help our struggling neighbors in need, is to shop at our five King County thrift stores.

Sales in our thrift stores support our programs to help our neighbors in need, including our Helpline, Home Visits, Centro Rendu, Operation Veteran Renewal, Food Bank, and Case Management programs.

To support our work, you can drop off your gently-used clothing, furniture or household goods at any of our five King County thrift stores or the St. Vincent de Paul of Seattle|King County office at 5950 Fourth Avenue South in Seattle (Open Monday through Saturday). If you have furniture to donate, please call our Donation Intake Department at 206.767.3835 to schedule a pick up.

I shop there all the time. Nice, friendly staff. Short waits to donate. Very inexpensive prices.

I have gone here several times in the past. It has gone down in stock and deals, but there are a few really good finds that make this place worthwhile to drop by.

I love this place but they are wayyyy over pricing their gold jewelry. When it's DONATED. They had a necklace that was tagged 15k gold. Priced at almost $500.00. I looked at it under a magnifying glass and did not find the 15k stamp. It was stamped but no 15k. For what they at pricing their used good jewelry at, you could buy at the jewelry store, brand new and you could probably get a better version.

Pretty cool store. It's fairly large in size with a decent selection. Tons & Tons of CD's in the back right. The staff was very friendly & helpful except the old guy with a long white beard working donations out back, he was rude! The only real issue with this store is getting out of the parking lot. You cannot get out by driving around the back of the store not sure why there isn't a sign that says "No Exit". And you cannot make any left turns when leaving, right hand turns only.

I have visited the thrift store today with my family. My 2 son was looking at the toys.  My wife was with them. The toy area was messy before my kids been there. But the Lady store associate name ’Miki’ was mad with my kids and wife because of the mass. She was loud with my kids and wife. My kids and wife frightened and start crying. I was at the other department of the store. I came as per my wife's request and asked the Associate please don't be loud. My kids didn't do that. But she didn't apologize for her behavior, she was rude instead. I think she didn't like my wife because my wife was wearing Hijab. There was a man store associate, who apologize for her behavior. Very worst experience. I hope management will take action.

Store displays signs that read “color tag discounts of 50% off” but the staff will not honor the discount unless you ask for it before the sale is made. The lady at the register made us feel like it was our fault she did not honor the discount label on our purchase. Then, she turned the situation on us as to say, “ I can’t give you money out my pocket”.

The old bearded man at the donation intake was completely rude as I drove up. There was another car unloading so after I stopped at the stop sign, I was going to make my turn-around if you know the area, you know what I mean and wait in my car until the person in front of me was finished. Before I could do any of that, this old man came running at my car shaking his hands saying they are doing 1 car at a time. Ok. I stayed where I was and looked for any sort of signage that I may have missed indicating that they were taking 1 car at a time. Covid has been around long enough for us all to know the public etiquette and social distancing standards. There were NO signs stating this...I waited in my car until the other person was done which I would have done anyway and drove up and unloaded all of my stuff by myself while wearing my mask. The employees are NOT wearing their masks correctly and do not look well kempt. 1 positive note: there was only 1 person in front of me. Goodwill may have long lines, but they have proper signage, and employ polite, helpful people who will assist with unloading donations. I will not be back to St. Vincent De Paul anytime soon, either to donate or to shop. I've seen that man multiple times and it's always an off-putting situation. I feel like I'm an inconvenience. I suggest there be clear signage, a cleaner area to drop off and nicer people to interact with.

I can't believe the disarray the store is in! I saw two hard working employees and two extremely lazy ones! This store needs a good cleaning and a good manager and crew! A lot more money to be made in this store if people knew where to easily find things! Kudos to the clothing section except no designated  section for plus size.                 The case with higher end purses, shoes etc. Total mess, looked in there only while waiting for dressing room!
