Love this store! The employees are always kind to me & remember who I am even if it's been a while. The only thing I would request is a larger Kratom Extract selection. I really loved the Kraken one.

I've been to a few or more smoke shops in this area. I've been nothing but happy with every purchase I made. Probably better prices for most items. For all the people complaining about broken torches this must be your first time buying a torch. Get used to it or go back to your bic. The quality of merchandise is same or better on some items as any other smoke shop around here. Anything you buy from a smoke shop you should consider non returnable in most situations. For a customer I see having to buy a new torch as just the cost of running whatever business I choose. By the way there are good long lasting torches to buy. Just bring more than a 20 dollar bill.

Last fall I started calling local smoke shops pricing their pipe tobacco. The guy I talked to was so nice & said they'd appreciate my business. It was this conversation that made me make the drive from Woodinville. I have been going there ever since. Their prices beat all the other local shops & they continued to provide me with the same outstanding customer service. They even ordered a carton of my favorite smokes, which they don't usually carry. Their pipe tobacco is always fresh & their price beats all the other shops around making the drive worth it. They have shown me that they really do appreciate my business.

Prices for chew are good, so I had asked for a log which they could supply. Had asked if I could get them to order me one since it's something they carry and he told me know problem, owner comes in Monday to pick up order form. Long story short, walked in there every week for three weeks being greeted by the same guy with know log there and know care that it wasn't there. Lost me as a customer. To many other places to go.
