Star Theater

This place was filthy. My shoes kept sticking to the floor, the seats are really dirty and the arm rest are sticky and dirty too. There was soda spilled and rolling down the isles and food every where it was totally disgusting.I have never seen a theater as dirty as this one. It smelled like a trash can and we got popcorn but the butter was old or something, it tasted like old oil that you had fried something in and left sit too long to be reused. The movie screen had tears in it and the sound was almost unbearable, it had a constant static sound. The people who worked there were so wrapped up in sitting in the office and chatting we could have just walked in and sat and watched anything for free and they never would have noticed. We had to call for them to get them to notice we were needing tickets. When I say dirty I mean dirty, I felt dirty after being there and would not advise you to take children there. The bathrooms were disgusting, someone had left a sack of cookies in there and they were wet and all over the bathroom and there was toilet tissue all over and urine on the seats. The smell was gross. Needless to say, I will never go back and I had to take a shower as soon as I got home.
