The lady sat on her phone and was on Facebook on the computer. We were the only people in the store. We were looking at getting 3 mattresses. She was rude and wouldn't answer any questions we had. Then when she did she was rude and short. You missed a huge sales opportunity UPDATE : This lady stalked me somehow and somehow found my mother's number and called her to " clarify" what happened. She said she would have helped had we told her we wanted 3 mattresses and not one. Not only am I sincerely disturbed that she stalked me enough to find my information, how dare you call us to talk about what we said in a review. We will be calling corporate and anyone in charge. This was sincerely disturbing
I ordered a sectional from Steinhafels on July 25th, 2020 and were told we could expect the couch the first week of September. It is now November of 2020 and we still do not have our couch. I understand that during the pandemic that manufacturing has taken a hit but their sales staff and website indicates that items will be available within a few weeks, which completely misleads the customer into thinking that it is a reasonable waiting period. Their status updates always say that the order will be ready within 4-5 weeks, but once you get within 2-3 weeks, the status changes to a later date with no end in sight. Steinhafels customer service has consistently mislead us and has shown little to no interest in any sort of compensation for a 6 month delay. The money came out of my account the day I placed the order so I've paid thousands of dollars to sit on air for half a year. Lessons learned: 1 They will mislead you into thinking that your order will be available within a reasonable time, knowing that isn't true their website says my couch is available within 3 weeks right now when I ordered it in July and the current status is December. 2 Their status updates will always be close enough to think you don't need to cancel, but shift once it's within a couple weeks. 3 Their sales representatives will completely abandon you after the sale. 4 Customer service will totally disregard the issue, deflect all blame, and just dare you to cancel rather than offering any real compensation. Do not trust Steinhafels.
Let me start off saying that I am not one to complain online, but hopefully sharing my experience will let your other potential customers not waste there time in stopping at your store. I was at your Steinhafles Mattress Store Bluemound Location on Saturday 6/1/19, and had the worst customer service experience. The gal that was assisting us had glasses , brown hair, maybe in her 30's? clearly did not want to help us, and clearly does not like her job. As soon as we walked up to her to ask a few questions, we could tell that she did NOT want to be bothered. When we told her we were looking for a particular mattress that was advertised, she pointed at the mattress, and when we asked her If she can take it down so we can test it out, she huffed and rolled her eyes that she had to move an extra few steps, and plopped it down in front of us, and made sure to tell us that this is a terrible mattress! The entire time she never even cracked a smile, or even spoke to us in normal manor , in fact she seemed to talk down to us!!! After we decided on it, and we were in the middle of paying for it, she told us that they did not have any in stock, and that we would have to drive to a different location!!! So basically, we wasted out time stopping in there, and received TERRIBLE service all for nothing!! You are ruining Steinhafles great reputation! We have shopped there for the past 30 years and spent thousands of dollars there. We were also looking for 2 other mattresses and two bedroom sets, but I am sure I can find some other place who will be happy to help me out! Sadly, I will never shop there again. You just lost a valuable customer for life. Service like this us just unacceptable.
We had great customer service. Never once felt pressured to buy anything. Very friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable. Made buying the bed very easy. Also, loved the fact that they were the lowest prices AND 20 year warranty which no one else has.
Manage gave little to no explanation about the awful process of delivery. On top of it, was rude and unapologetic, some chubby balding guy in glasses. Acted really suprised and angry when I asked for a refund.
The store was clean, and sales person efficiently took care of me. your website leaves a lot less to be desired. kept telling me my cc info was wrong. this happened two wks ago and again on black friday.
I have to share that our Certified, Sleep Specialist, Ann Andino, in Brookfield, WI, was very friendly, knowledgeable along w/ cheerful & attentive. We found her a pleasure to work with! Thanks again!!
Poor Customer service. The lady with the glasses was more interested in working on her computer than attending to the customer. We would never visit here again. Just walked out now.
Ann was very informative, patient and kind! I will be having sweet dreams on my new Raleigh Dreams mattress and two new body gear pillows!!! I can’t wait!!! Thank you Ann
Like honestly it was the worst experience...I'm a black man and I noticed how they would consistently consider "affordable" items assuming I didn't come to spend good money ...they constantly asked if I was sure I'm in the right area.
