We've stayed here a couple of times. The first time was in an RV around the early part of 2021. The second time Bret was by himself, in the area for a couple of days, and just stayed in a tent, in August of 2023. Customer service. This was great. We had a situation where we weren't sure if Bret would need to stay longer, and they were flexible. The lady remembered our situation from our talk on the phone and was so nice. Amenities. The bathrooms are, eh. A little worn, with some parts of the stalls rusting, and I'm not sure if there were droppings from something on a shelf. The showers and toilets worked fine. These were an absolute lifesaver for Bret when he stayed here by himself with the tent. Laundry. We didn't use this but it was clean and cool inside. Dog park. Kind of small but it's definitely good enough. There are two shuffleboards. Sites. The tent site was fine. Flat and clean and in a pretty area of the park. It's also not far from a bathroom. Overall the park is ok. All the trees and being next to a swamp and farm give it more of a camping feel. If you're looking for a place to relax with pretty scenery, this will definitely do.
Absolutely everything is exceptional. It is the number one place to stay in Bushnell. From the park personnel to all of my neighbors, everyone is very nice and very helpful.
The people and location are great. It’s a nice, clean park and everyone is friendly. Treed, with nice shade and centrally located to get everywhere in an hour- or just enjoy country living. If you are a light sleeper, know that the dump trucks start at 4:45am - so get that white noise generator out! Or take out your hearing aids and you’ll be fine!
Great off the interstate camping. Some sites are dirt, some are gravel and some are concrete. We had a dirt site with 30/50amp service, water and sewer. No picnic tables or at site amenities. But this was just a one night stay. Some campers stay here for months in the winter and you can tell. No tv stations either. Photos are of the HUGE SWAMP on the back side of the campground.
This was a well managed campground. Not real fancy but when you arrive it gives you a vibe of going to camp with the brown wooden buildings and beautiful huge trees. Everyone was warm, friendly and wanted to be sure you didn't need anything. Water tasted great also electric and sewer worked with no problems. They had activities and we had great neighbors. It was so relaxing we would definitely stay again. Several great bike trails all around within 15 miles of camp.
Nope drove 1000 miles to be told nope no room. Would of helped if u answered the phone but nope the lady at the front said she ignores calls out of state thankx waste of time weirdly their was a nice lady their thanx to that lady for chatting with me : made my day better as I was leaving.Rooms: 1/5
Well maintained RV park. Our site was extremely spacious and level. Hookups were a little far to reach so make sure you have plenty of everything. Showers are dated but had good water pressure. Great neighbors, quiet area made for an awesome stay.
Very friendly, clean, and peaceful park. I travel there several times a month to do mobile notary work for their visitorsLocation: 5/5
Nope do not come here waste of time place is full and no one picks up the phone . U will not receive a spot . Drove 900 miles to be told no spots thanx a lot f u !!! They're pretty avcomendating; no RV age requirements, or personal age minumums. When I needes 120v 15amp household power and my assigned site only had 30amp the office moved me without a complaint. My experience is good. Except for the last four days of my stay when a old guy in a class A decided to keep his bright A.F. porch lights on all night and i had to deal with what felt like a spot light making the inside of my camper daylight. Other than that, good place to stay if you can't find a hipcamp location. 7/10.
