Sunset Caskets LLC also operates under Sky Caskets. I cannot believe the crass response from this company in my time of grief. An oversize casket was needed for my daughter. We talked to the customer service agent who confirmed we would receive a 33", when we received the DocuSign, it stated 31 Custom Antique White. My son called and was told that we would receive a 33, their document file was not setup to print 33. My son discussed this and the owner Josh came on the line to assure us that we would receive a 33", asked if he was sure, his reply, I'm the CEO, yes you will receive the 33". Believing him my CC # was given and the document was signed. We received a call from the funeral home advising that a 31.5" was received. We called Sky Caskets because that's the name we purchased it under, my son talked to Scott who said I told the guy how to make it work, my son again stated you promised us a 33". Scott's response "IT IS WHAT IT IS" I believe that should be the company's motto, I called this morning and was told the same thing by Matthew. The funeral home stated that Sky Caskets initial call was to get specifics and their second call was to get the names of the people they talked to. Liz and Mario were the employees at the funeral home that Sky Caskets talked to. My Recommendation, BUY FROM BEST PRICE CASKETS Sky and Sun Set Caskets are one in the same You Cannot Trust Them, they will tell you anything to get your money. Their words are not worth the paper they are printed on. STAY AWAY from SUNSET - SKY CASKETS
