The staff was so warm and welcoming! The therapeutic, worker wonders, the staff was very knowledgeable and informative. They also have a bilingual employees that’s able to assist with patient who’s native language wasn’t English. They’re a fully equipped Chiropractic office. Dr. Tally, is one of those Dr.’s with amazing bedside manner’s, he was thorough in his diagnoses of my condition, and continuously explain each procedure. I’m doing so much better because of the caring and devoted team at Sunset Healthcare. Thank you so much Sunset Healthcare!

They are ambulance chasers!!!! I was in a car accident on 10/01/22 and on the 5th Jennifer called me and said she was a patient advocate and worked along side Allstate. And because I was injured she was saying how she could help me see a doctor and get me in. Scheduled me an appointment at this place for Today at 9:30am just to waste my time. There was no doctor there as he was out for a “family emergency” . As we are doing the paperwork and get down to the referral part that’s where they want Jennifer’s name down. I already felt uneasy there and that’s when I immediately knew something was up and it’s a scam. Also their office is tacky and doesn’t look cleaned. The “beds” are all lined up. And the girl made a comment about they would just use their shock thing in my shoulder. I don’t need an X-ray as my shoulder isn’t broken. I would stay far far away from this place. I have already notified Allstate of their scam and they won’t be receiving any money at all.

I've informed the Springdale Police Department about this location. Like the other reviewer, this Candid/Candice Stephens only contacts via text or phone and never confirms anything discussed via email. Fortunately my voice mail goes directly to Google, so I have emails of her messages to me regarding the appointments she scheduled. However, when pressed for details on what exactly is covered by the insurance from the other motorists claims, she never responds via email/text. She'll only ask that you call her back. I confirmed with my insurance company that the other motorists insurance was not accepting blame, so any x-rays or chiropractic adjustments performed at Sunset Healthcare would not be covered by the other motorists insurance. Meanwhile, Candid/Candice Stephens was assuring me over the phone that not only would I be covered for the medical checkup which I told her were unnecessary, but that I'd be covered for car rental and any lost wages from missing work. If it sounds too good to be true, it is. What really made me question her credibility was even after I told her I didn't need a checkup, because I had just had my annual exam that had been scheduled since last year, she kept saying, " You know, sometimes injuries don't show up until a few weeks later." And despite me telling her I didn't need to see the Doctor, she still scheduled an appointment. Fortunately, it was during my day off, so I didn't forego work pay. When I told her I had to reschedule, she made the arrangements for later in the afternoon, because when I called, the answering service was in Spanish only, so I wasn't sure they received my message in time. When I arrived, I noticed that the staff was asking me for incident reports and insurance card information, which they should have had from the other motorist's company, and not mine. Then when they asked how I was referred I mentioned Miss Stephen's with Met Life. They told me she wasn't Met Life and that she worked for them. Their "paperwork" mentioned x-rays and chiropractic work, and required emergency contacts, which is something most medical offices request, but usually to have recourse for contacts to demand payment - as in there's no insurance from the other motorist's company, so now you have to pay for all the unnecessary "checkups". They also repeatedly asked if I had already been to a Doctor as a result is the accident. So I asked if this was a chiropractor service and they said it was. At that point I told them I wanted the copies of my insurance and driver's license and told them I wasn't interested. I'm sure they have duplicate copies somewhere, so I'll be watching my financial inquiries closely. I informed my insurance and told them what happened and will let the other motorists know that this individual might want to contact them as well. Apparently they pulled enough info to contact us via public records, and made up a story that the order motorists insurance would be accepting 100% liability for any lost wages and car rental. Run away from, don't walk towards these guys. Spread the word. Someone's going to get conned.

This is a chiropractic office, and they are solicitors. I received a call from someone claiming to be a patient representative for the state, and she set up an appointment for me to go here after I was in an accident that was not my fault, to be "assessed for any injuries" that I may not have realized I had gotten. I was not informed that it was a chiropractic office. I went to the initial consultation where they took x-rays, and then I came back for one treatment to relieve muscle tightness. After that I felt fine and could tell I was not really injured so I stopped going. They still tried to file an injury claim with the at fault insurance for the 2 visits that I went to, even though I offered to pay for them. That was 2 years ago. I am still getting texts regarding my "injury claim", so I called again to just pay the balance and be done with it. They will not take card payment of any kind. They require cash, check or money order only. I'll let you form your own opinion of that... They might actually help people who are truly injured and don't have insurance, but the way they go about getting business which is illegal in some states but not Arkansas is very unethical.

Five stars! Ten out of ten! I highly recommend and am thoroughly impressed with Sunset Healthcare Clinic! After I was rear ended by another car, I could barely turn, raise, or lower my head from the whiplash. Dr. Talley is very experienced and knowledgeable with car accident injuries and was very thorough and accurate with my diagnosis. Furthermore, he was exceptional at being able to explain to me in a way I could easily understand what my injuries were, as well as his plan for treatment moving forward. The skillful staff are very warm, caring, and accommodating. The facilities are very clean and modern, offering electro-therapy, a table that has mechanized rollers that you lay on, massages, and Dr. Talley is marvelous with his manual neck and back adjustments. The treatments are quick and effective, and I've always felt refreshed and never overworked after an appointment. In over a dozen treatments, I never had to wait more than five minutes before being treated, and they go above and beyond with being flexible with my schedule and even allowed me to reschedule appointments whenever I had a schedule conflict. Plus, they are open until 6 pm! Dr. Talley and his staff work directly with insurance companies and lawyers such that I didn't have to deal with any paperwork or billing, and all of those treatments didn't directly cost me even a dime out of my pocket! I've regained my range of motion after completing his treatments. This truly has been the very best experience I've had with any health-care service provider ever, and I wish all of my other health care providers were this great!

Amazing clinic!! Great atmosphere once I entered the front door, greeted by the friendly staff who assisted me immediately after I entered the facility. Physician is extremely helpful and kind along with being very informative. I truly loved my experience with this clinic will definitely be continuing with my appointments there from now on!

Organized, helpful and awesome! After reading a couple of the reviews I was hesitant on going here. I backed away 3 times. Backing out would have been a very big mistake on my part. This clinic has been absolutely wonderful to me. They are informative. Knowledgeable. Helpful. I can’t say enough about them. Don’t doubt it. Check it out. I am thankful, grateful and very appreciative for the help and care I have received. After dealing with the other persons insurance company I couldn’t get anywhere with them. The accident was not my fault and the other person took full responsibility he did right by filing a claim. His insurance company gave me the run around time and time again. Honestly at this clinic, I got a tip where to take my vehicle to be repaired that works hand in hand with “the other” insurance company. The body shop then contacted a local adjuster. If it wasn’t for this clinic….I would still be waiting on getting my car repaired. They have helped me in more ways than one with good information and personal care!!! Kind, compassionate and they care.

I have had a wonderful experience with the folks at Sunset Health Care. They have been a blessing! I was always greeted with happy, cheerful smiles. I was well informed about my accident injuries and the therapy needed, to get me back to feeling better, as well as so much more valuable information. I absolutely, whole heartedly agree with their motto, We Got Your Back! I feel they do just that, and so much more. If I ever find myself in this situation again, I Know just the folks to call. Yes I would recommend Dr. Talley and the girls the CA‘s from this clinic to anyone that’s needing a chiropractic or whose ever had an a car accident they were helpful wonderful explained the therapies very professionally I just would recommend this clinic so I gave them a five star
