When you have a Police Department where a LT Greg Ryan tells you that falsifying a police report is not a crime, you start to question their knowledge and capacity to maintain the position. The Swansea Police Chief, George Arruda, supports this AND his officers, Gallant and Lake, have assaulted civilians with nothing done. But hey, can you be that shocked when they tell you it’s not illegal to lie on an official police report...Who’s the brains responsible for hiring these clowns....Or maybe the power went to their heads after getting the job. I’d truly like to think they didn’t go into this career path with such malicious intent.
