The park is kinda small and surrounded by urban homes. The playground sets are nice, with a toddler set and a bigger kid set and swings for all ages. However, there were younger girls screaming and swearing at each other on the swings, which I thought was inappropriate for my toddler to be around.
Been looking for a nice playground for the kids and they loved this one. Brand new equipment and basketball courts nearby. Took us a 15 min drive from KOP but we can’t find any around there.. Has a mini playground for toddlers, and larger for 5-12 year olds.
Has multiple basketball courts with various rim heights. Good for all ages. There's a playground and baseball field as well. Everything is in good condition and well lit. Free parking lot available on site.
Had to go by there and pick up a vehicle that have broken down going past there I've been to the park throughout the years to nice little Park
I grew-up in Swedeland so of course i like this park. A lot of people in town take their kids here. There's a basketball Court. Only problem is when people from out of town come they sometimes abuse our park, leaving trash or writing graffiti. Other times people will use the park for a gathering or picnic, this is fine, just please keep it clean. Keep the bath rooms clean also. You are being allowed to use the park so be a decent person and disgrace this property. Swedeland residents have always taken pride in the park, town children enjoy playing here...Lets keep it clean so everyone can enjoy it.
It's a nice public park with basketball courts and a large outdoor building Restrooms: Just a porta potty, relatively clean
Despite lacking any visible body of water, Swedeland Park is home to nearly 14,000,000 varieties of fish. I rate this park three stars because it has many easy emergency escape routes, but loses two stars because the local wildlife can be uppity.
Older playground with some graffiti. Views aren't spectacular and weird basketball courts there. Overall, not horrible and gets the job done for a toddler wanting a playground.
Park was clean and nice. The kids enjoyed it. Extra Tall slide was great
Love this little park. Very well kept. Something for everyone. Take my grandchildren there.
