Sweetbriar Mobile Homes

Homes too close together and still cramming more in. Then upping lot rent when there is barely room to walk between housing. We will be leaving as soon as I'm done paying for this mobile home. Im QUICKLY regretting my decision to move my family in here.

This is our first pickup on our Sunday morning bus ministry for Life Tabernacle church of Baton Rouge. In the year I've been going through there,The New owner has done amazing job of cleaning the park up,Not a bad place to live.

The grounds are clean. I feel the mobile homes are too close to each other.

The mobile homes in this mobile home park are jammed so close to each other that it's a fire hazard. If one mobile home catch fire, the residents on both sides are not safe because there no way their home would be safe. If a tall resident stand on the bottom steps they probably could touch the next person's home. It used to be a decent mobile home park, but now they have moved so many trailers in there, sandwich so close together that they looks like sardines in a can.

Tried to get a mobile home here, mind you we set the date last month!! Packed and everything, and the people are on vacation... lady in the office is rude and gives you the run around and does not answer the phone. I do not recommend this place at all.

Anyone who says this place is nice or quiet is lying . everyday theres gunshots .. This is a drug infested trailer park. Kids dont know how to get out of the street when a car is coming .. Ive not met one nice person & ive been here for years .. Wish i could relocate my trailer .

Need better draining system, floods in there just like the owners do not care at all about the tenants. God be with the people that live there it use to be so clean and everything

I live in a FEMA trailer there and I was trying to get a lil 2 bedroom there for another year why I work on getting my credit and other personal things taken care of for the last 2 months I have been talking to the office manager about the trailer so that we could have some where with low rent because everything is over priced . And we have to move out of the fema trailer . She kept saying she was waiting on maintance , then she was waiting to get the key back mind you I spoke with maintance they said they gave her the key back weeks ago. so when I called her last week that lady asked me what did I have in my bank account cause he is going to want to see I dont know who this he is she speak of but lady you want my bank statement and I have yet to see this trailer plus you have people living in there that dont have check stubs it's something going on with the people over this park.

Was trying to find the person that we had purchased something from online marketplace site and never been to the mobile home community only heard of it from people in past years.. and everyone has the same address and it’s not accurate in the directions where you are going to be expected to turn off the major street into the park and then look for the people that you are going to need

Today I called for leasing information and the receptionist was very rude, even to the far extent of hanging up in my face. I don't recommend this establishment to anyone who seeks respect and/or fair treatment.
