The light can be somewhat tight for parking, overnight parking is a struggle as there is very little in the lot. If you have a delivery here, make sure they give you a valid appointment. I was given an appointment for a day where they're not even open. Thankfully the shipping department was willing to be understanding and unloaded me. Still though I arrived at midnight for a 1:00 appointment and was not unloaded until 7:30. But that is kind of impressive shipping did not even arrive to the building until 7:00. They are fast and efficient.
Checked in at 2150 , got a door immediately. Unloading started around 2222 and completely by 2248. I read all the reviews and this place is awesome. I appreciate the prompt service, thank you. Will definitely come back. Only drawback is no parking. But if you ask they may allow you to stay in a dock door overnight.
Great place to deliver. Arrived around 01:15 for a 02:00 appointment. Was completed at 02:30. They do have lumper fees but it wasn’t very expensive. Guy in receiving was nice. Backing looks like it can be tight if they have a full house. Would be great if more paces were like this

Yes, parking is tough but there are some 'make it fit' spots in the area. Docked and MTY before appointment with signed BOLs in hand. Busy but nice folks. Phone notification after CK-in at 2200.
Appointment was at 2300, it’s now 0200 of the following day, and receiving is telling me not to expect my paperwork before 0400. Why does it take 5 hours to unload a truck? I’m literally paying hundreds of dollars for them to unload it, and it still takes so long. The receiving clerk is rude. I hope I never have to come here again
They open up at 10 PM you can go in the office 15 minutes early. You cannot park at abandoned warehouse now police will be called go around all the way to West and Ally come up that way and you can park along side of the trees. Nobody bothered me there overnight as well
Been waiting here for almost an hour now Completely unloaded. Wasting my time and running my clock. Won’t be coming back.
Awesome rcvr. Checked in 2150 for 2200 appt. Got a dock right away. 2340 was out. Parking allowed . All wherehouses nearby are closed.
Fast unloading. My appointment was @ 3 am and I was all done by 2.30am.
