Our caregiver, Annabelle, is a delight. She understands our needs, is knowledgeable, and has a great sense of humor. And she loves our dogs. She is a good cook and will try any recipe. Cooking can be a challenge as my husbands tastes have narrowed. She also makes the plates look pretty. We feel safe and cared for by Annabelle
It was easy to work with Synergy. The office staff explained the process clearly, helped with submitting invoices to long term care and found home health aides that were a good match for our needs. I can't say enough about the home health aides - they are professional and caring while doing a really hard job. I would definitely recommend them.

I reached out to SYNERGY HomeCare because my mother was in need of a Home Health Aid. Tina, Angela, and Tom at SYNERGY were always available to answer any of my questions. My mother has Parkinson's disease and her Health Aid, Shirley was attentive to my mother's needs, but also acted as a friend and companion. Shirley was invaluable during a crucial time in my mother's overall health and well being. The team at SYNERGY HomeCare were dependable and professional. I would highly recommend them.
We recently secured Synergy HomeCare services for my Mom. The experience has been exceptionally positive. It's been very easy to work with this agency. I have to say that Tina is a pleasure to work with. She made sure she thoroughly understood my needs and then sent EXCELLENT aides to work in my home. She's extremely conscientious and rushed to get substitute care in place on the few occasions we needed that. I highly recommend Synergy for quality care and client service.
A few months ago we needed extra help for a short amount of time each day for our mother who was bedridden. After calling several agencies and receiving a negative response, Angela at Synergy HomeCare said they would be able to accommodate us. They were also able to provide coverage over the holidays and respite care so our mother's live-in caregiver would have a weekly day off. The Synergy caregivers were very loving and supportive. Knowing Synergy HomeCare provided certified and well qualified caregivers was tremendous relief to our family during this time of our mother's life. We would highly recommend Synergy HomeCare.
During COVID it has been a challenge to find a reliable Home Healthcare Service. I was introduced to Synergy thru a family friend and I was impressed by their responsiveness. My mother has Alzheimer’s and my father has Cardio issues and is currently hospitalized for that and a hip fracture. So my “ask” was to engage staff that would eventually help with both parents. It took some time given the current issues but with their help I now have 2 consistent aides to help manage the situation thanks to Synergy.
SYNERGY is a truly extraordinary organization. The management is professional, compassionate and reliable. The home care aide has only been with us for a few weeks but already feels like a long standing, trusted friend and companion. We could not have asked for more.
They were extremely fast with getting us an aide. They were able to provide us an aide for the morning and the evening on extremely short notice. Their home care representatives were able to not just assist my mother, but explain and show us ways to cope with certain situations when they were not there. They're supporting staff were easy to contact and communicate with. They were always a phone call or text message away. I would highly recommend them and would refer them to anyone looking for home care assistance.
