Description

The retreat has a total of 74 Country Inn Lodge rooms,
6 cottages, and condos. The Lodge consists of 34 rooms with two double beds, 34 rooms with two queen beds, and 6 rooms with one king bed. To compliment theLodge, the 6 cottages all have one queen bed and a private porch for relaxing on your own set of rocking chairs. The condos are steps away from the hotel; each villa has it’s own unique layout bedding wise; each has a dining room, and fully equipped kitchen. All of our lodging have free wi-fi, iPod docking stations or MP3 players, hair dryer, vanity mirrors, four cup coffee pot with Starbucks coffee, ironing boards with irons, cable television, free local and room to room calls, mini-refrigerators, and combination safes.

Our church members had a great time during their stay at T Bar M, a fantastic campsite and retreat center that I highly recommend. The entire staff was incredibly welcoming, accommodating, and friendly to everyone who visited the campus. They were always willing to help whenever we needed them. The food was excellent, and the accommodations were comfortable. We are grateful for the wonderful space that T Bar M provides for our church to retreat to and get refreshed.
Our church absolutely loves our time at T Bar M each year for our "Family Camp." Their staff is so kind and helpful the moment we need them. The food is excellent as are the accommodations. The grounds are kept beautiful even during 2 very dry/hot summers. Thank you so much for maintaining such a wonderful space for our church to retreat to and get refreshed!
We have board meetings all over the state each year and we chose T Bar M as the location for our first meeting with our new board. Everything was absolutely perfect! It was the perfect location because everyone spent time together bonding, eating great food and enjoyed some karaoke. I can’t say enough about the staff. They were ALL so kind and incredibly accommodating. I have to give a special shoutout to Lauren who worked so hard and continued to make sure we had everything we needed and always with a smile on her face. Often times we’re in large hotels and we’re just another “group” but at T Bar M we felt “special” and you knew that everyone there tried to make sure we were well taken care of. As a meeting planner, I didn’t set the bar very high for the food but I was very wrong. It was truly some of the best food I’ve had and all 45 of our attendees thought the same thing. T Bar M will definitely be on the top of my list for future meeting locations.
My Thoughts, for the past 4 yrs including this one2023 we have held our company Summer Event at the T Bar M!! For our large group of 200-300 employees and families I think they do a pretty darn good job!! They have made alot of improvements over the years for to not just be a kids camp! They were able to be fully staffed this year and oh what a HUGE difference it made!! I can't think My Retreat Coordinator enough Katie Tucker has been AWESOME, but Barrett Miller gave her a run for her money!! Thanks Katie!! Barrett, Katie & Chase were all so great and johnny on the spot when asking for help!! Love all 3 of them and their teams! What a great bunch to coordinate with this year!! I have to say Deidre and her new Team Tracey & Husband were all fantastic!! The food was good and even with a couple of hrs in between meals they were right on time!! We have a few that have allergy or picky eaters and they accommodate all of US!!! Rooms- they have all had a little bit if a face light this year. Even with us being right on the heals of their last church camp, they did a really good job getting ready for us!! What you have to understand is we are as large as one their camps and yes, we do have the whole facility & rooms to just us! Beds, are really not meant for these tried ole hurting bodies to lay into a soft bed and just go off to dreamland. But if your tired enough or exhausted it really doesn't matter! We or I understand what all it takes to pull this weekend off and that we all have the same goal in mind! Make, Darla Happy!! T BAR M, you ALL did a fabulous job even when the heat exhaustion set in with me! You picked up the pieces and keep my company going and took really great care of all almost 300. So thank you again for a fantastic year at the T Bar M !!!! We don't have pics back yet but will post one once we do to show all our group/family!! Thank you from Integris FID & Darla, we love y'all
T Bar M is a wonderful campsite and retreat center. The staff are so wonderfully accommodating and loving to all who step foot on the campus. Facilities are top notch and still making improvements! Must visit! Multiple times I have visited and taken out students here
Absolutely love T bar M camps. This is our 5th year here and my son looks forward to this every year!
We had a fabulous experience at T Bar M! Everything from excellent customer service, to well maintained grounds, to rapid response time to any and all inquiries- we were well taken care of and were able to really provide our guests with a great experience. They really sought to work with and accommodate my requests and I appreciated their flexibility, assistance troubleshooting, and patience as I navigated some potentially challenging dynamics. I have worked with different camps over the years and this was absolutely my best experience!
Fantastic place with great staff that work hard to serve the customers that attend. The camp is comfortable and clean, the entire staff had a smile and is feel like we made their day because we were there. Good was great, rooms were comfortable, we had a great experience!
I attended a retreat at T Bar M and was really pleased with the experience. The grounds were beautiful and well attended. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was excellent. I would highly recommend it if you're looking for a place for your group.
Loved having our team retreat here! The staff was amazing and kind down to every last detail.
