We had a GREAT experience today at this store! We were greeted right away when my entire family came in. We were helped by Lary, who was a great person to deal with! With the huge selection of phones, we were able to choose the best phone for a great value. We even ended up getting a better deal on our plan, and ended up with the new internet for our home, and amazing value for the price. 100% recommend this business and it's staff.
You can't spend less than 2 hours here. Took 4 hours to purchase a phone. Asked about promotions before coming, wrong information was given. Took 2 hours to charge my card because every piece of their system wasn't working, or user error. If you're lucky enough to catch a good worker, the system still sucks. The pain I go through with tmobile
We went into the store to purchase new lines for our business. Lary helped us tremendously by explaining our plans and service options. And got us set up properly
Jay and Howard are great guys that spent the time to educate me on the various plans and promotions offered by T-Mobile. They provided super customer service both to me and all of the walk-ins that stopped in. Skip the customer service calls and visit this store for all sales and service needs.
Went in to try to upgrade my plan, do a phone trade in, and pre-order a new device while getting rid of a watch line. Staff said they couldn't offer any of the incentives and I'd have to pay full price for the new phone if I did all of those things. Took my time to go to another tmobile store and was able to do exactly what the first store said they couldn't. Poor service, poor training, and who knows how many other customers have experienced this. Take the time to visit another location or call the support line.
I went into this location to get information on adding a new line. I was the only customer at the time and there were about 4 or 5 employees there. As the guy was helping me, another customer came into the store. The employee that was helping the other customer came over, interrupted our conversation and started asking the guy a question about the other customer's phone as if I wasn't standing there. When I looked at him, he said "I'm sorry" but kept talking. The guy that was assisting me, just left me to help with the other customer's phone without saying anything. That was rude and very inconsiderate. He didn't ask one of the other guys to help me. He didn't ask if I could give him a minute. NOTHING!!! I walked out and I'll never go back to that location again.
Just wanted to share that Erick Gutierrez provided great customer service on Saturday. T-Mobile website said I could drop my trade in device off at a store, but Erick stated due to promo offer he was unable to take it. He followed up by printing out my shipping label and giving me a bubble wrap envelope to mail device back in. I know these transactions don’t help sales associates from a commission standpoint so I really appreciate him taking the time to assist.
Pulled up at 630 pm because the internet says they close at 7pm And they had the doors locked I knocked and they were looking at me not saying sorry we're closing early or anything. It was 632 when i pulled up. Can you guys please make your employees honor the hours for your customers. I really needed to get my phone looked at today and this is the 2nd time i come and the store is closed well before their scheduled time.
When I switched from Sprint to T-Mobile, they made my husband the account holder even though I paid for the iPhone and it was mine. We don't know why they did this. I was then having issues trying to reach customer support and I was getting spotty service with the 5G. A few weeks ago, I decided to cancel my husbands account and get my own. This process was a nightmare and took days. I spoke to so many people and had to repeat my situation over and over again. Once this was done, I decided I wanted to switch to a different carrier because my husband was receiving better service with the 5G. Working with the other carrier's reps was so pleasant and friendly. I'm so glad I switched.
In March I went there to activate a line but they didn't have the option of phones I wanted. So I left. Well, I got a bill and called them about it - they took no responsibility for their rep keeping my account open and active which he most likely got paid for and told me to call customer care. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I called T-mobile and they confirmed there was no activity on that line, to disregard any mail. Well NOW I have a collections bill and you can imagine this store takes NO responsibility. Don't waste your time - go to another carrier or store. And don't bother reaching out to the manager either, she provided her email below but never responded. Finally got in touch with the 3rd customer service rep who confirmed I had no activity and said I had to contact the collection agency. Now the collection agency will create a dispute against the charge and wait for T-Mobile to respond. Don't waste your time on this store, manager or company. Take your money where you are valued. Especially your credit.
