This location is convenient coming from wheaton station. They have most electronics and electronics accessories in store or available to pick up your online order. No ps5 in stock i checked. Clean store overall with nice staff and affordable prices on nice equipment. Ps. They got people watching everywhere like you in there tryna steal something or that might just be what happens when a black male enters the store
Our family has been shopping with Best Buy for a very long time and the experience has been generally outstanding. I just walked out of this store quite disappointed with the Manager on Duty, Eduardo. He may have been at the end of a long shift but there were very few customers around. I had to explain to him that their return policy states that unless the item’s packaging has been opened, the store doesn’t charge a restocking fee. We spent at least 20 minutes discussing the issue with the customer service person that was helping me. I feel it’s rude how he was addressing the situation based on what Ive said through his subordinate while all of us standing together and not speaking to me directly.
Hit or miss with service and long lines, they stocked an item in the wrong spot and when i said something about the price at checkout they made it out like i should have to verify the item price and item stocked match using the tag instead of assuming the items are stocked correctly.
Pros: Great helpful staff, well stocked. Painless no questions asked electronics recycling at customer service. Cons are really all outdoors: Significant accessibility issues for anyone who isn't driving in. Bloated always-empty parking lot needs a rethink to reflect the increasingly urban and walkable fabric that surrounds the store. It's so quiet here they keep their commercial fleet out front to keep it from looking dead. No bike parking, and even pedestrian access is limited by a wrap-around parking lot with no defined crossing from Georgia. Worse, this mini strip mall doesn't even rate a crosswalk across Georgia.
Pre-ordered the Pixel 7 pro and just got the news from the store that I wouldn't be able to pick it up on the release day because they didn't have enough inventory to fulfill the order. Disappointed.
Went here on Christmas Eve for an emergency air purifier. Even though the store was mobbed, employees were patient and attentive. They took the time to get me exactly what I needed. Incredible customer service under pressure.
Clean bathrooms, you need a code though. Curbside pickup will always take 15-20 minutes but the employee will be cool and helpful. The store layout is terrible. Seriously, were are the cashiers? They're in the middle of the front middle section of the store, where you usually find the cell phones or factory rep for a product. It's weird, it creates confusion.
If there is a rating of zero I would rate Best Buy’s service as zero! I am a professional customer service trainer and this is what I normally tag as “ customer service from hell” I ordered three items. Where to start!!! First I was told all the three items will be delivered in- person and I informed them I don’t want courier shipment. They went a head and did that anyways. The items were scheduled to be shipped different times and dates. One item was left in the corridors of my new apartment that I have not moved in yet. I called customer service and the lady had an attitude and was very defensive. She told me that they have no control over shipping companies and that I need to deal with them. Last I checked I paid money to Best Buy and it is illogical for me to chase a courier company that is working with Best Buy to deliver items. The second representative was very helpful and managed to cancel one of my orders. I got the same item on Amazon and pick it from the store. One item is still in transit and stuck at Lauren MD. I called the customer service team to help me connect to a manager. I was told the manager will call me and I got no call yet. The level of inconvenience caused by Best Buy is paramount! Simple put terrible service!!
I visited the store for in-store purchases last month. I made some initial payments for the item I purchased and linked my other credit card for the monthly payment process. And the store associate requested me to be registered for a Best by credit card. Then, I agreed. Finally, they have linked my payment with the new Bestbuy credit card out of my consent and let me engage in an obligation that I didn't suppose to. I have called online help and no solution is in effect. It is disrespectful to the customer! I wouldn't recommend being a customer of this site!
The service was awesome the experts were just that. They are a tight knit family in their business establishment, which benefits customers tremendously. I went in there with a good plan, they had me walk out their with the Best Buy Ever!Thanks Best Buy Employees for defining your company's name.
