Waited twenty minutes in the drive thru with one car in front of us. The food was poorly handled, and the girl at the window was very rude even when I met her with appreciation. Save yourself the time and visit the corunna tacobell.Food: 1/5
I enjoy having taco bell every now and then. Recently I started trying to leave my comfort zone of just a soft shell taco to the other menu items. I just came back from ordering a crunch wrap supreme with beans instead of the ground beef. When I took my first bite, it tasted almost exactly like peanut butter. Ignoring the red flags and being hungry, I forced myself to eat most of it. I'm now having quite the stomach pains. I think the bathroom might become my new home.
How hard is it to follow simple instructions and do your job!? When i ask for something to not be on my food cause it makes me sick and then they still proceed to put said thing in my burritos after reassuring me they wouldn’t mind you. Maybe the employees should stop smoking dope in the parking lot and actually do what they were hired to do
Place is OK but could be alot better if they would take their time and not just throw things together. I had bits of chicken in my steak burrito. My daughter's burrito tasted like it had sat over night and they warmed it up. It's ok but the quality is the key. Wheelchair accessibility: At least they do have wheelchair accessability and the kids working are polite for the most part.
This taco bell is weirdly more expensive than all the others I’ve been to. The services isn’t great + they *always* mess up my order, and they’re pretty slow. Today they forgot my crunchwrap and chips + cheese. Also, recently they’ve been out of a lot of things. update: still frequently missing items, also seriously skimpy on sauces and portions. today I had 3 individual potatoes on my spicy potato soft taco
Employees pretty much ignored the front counter. Restaurant kitchen floor was dirty and looked like it had not been swept all day. Food was typical but very little meat on Nacho Bell grande. Noticed employee drinks setting on drive thru and food prep counters Michigan health code violation. Employees using foul language in front of customers. I have been in food service management for the past 10 years there was so much wrong with this store. Employees definitely in need of some training.
Stopped for a quick snack and drink on my way home. Drive through service was awful. Server handed me change with the order and dropped the change. Quickly left the window. Not a great experienceFood: 3/5
Yet another place in Owosso to start its decent down the drain. I mean, it's taco bell...you don't expect greatness. But I can't even stomach the food here anymore.Food: 1/5
Prices are unbelievably outrageous. What is going on here? The employees look strung out and cant get my order right ever and I paid almost $60 for 7-8 items? Am I the only one who thinks this is out of control?Food: 1/5
There isnt anything wrong with the food, but you better check and make sure they have your order right and they got your sauce.Food: 3/5
