This location has improved greatly in my opinion. My last two times here, my order was correct and I received it quickly. I tend to get takeout during unusual times when restaurants aren't busy, so I'm sure that assists in having a good experience.Food: 5/5
Service here was 100% A+ teir me and my friend came in at 10ish so closer to their closing time got some food and there was no more forks so when the guy came out to give us a free taco coupon just for not having forks is that little bit of extra effort that goes a long way also Diablo sauce is bombFood: 5/5
Lobby was closed in the middle of the day. No notice or nothing. Was definitely open cars were going through the drive through. Guess what I don't have today?? a car!!Food: 1/5
The night staff in particular a female working Aug 27th, 2023 at 1130pm was extremely unprofessional. While picking up a door dash order she was very short, upset that we didn’t stop at the speaker first it does not state in the app to and most places you either pick up in lobby or right at the window and when we tried to confirm the order she was rude and upset she was being “criticized” even though it’s in everyone’s best interest to have orders double checked.
I've loved Taco Bell since I was a kid, but unfortunately all of the Taco Bell locations in Fargo, and especially this location, have terrible management. They're not ever staffed well, and they think that having one person working is okay to be open. The drive thru line for lunch usually takes over 45 minutes to get through, and they close the lobby so when you order ahead they basically steal from you. Taco Bell in Fargo is not an option.
The last few times I have came here the staff has been awesome! The young guy with longer hair was so nice, as we enjoyed his humor. Any small mistakes, they fixed immediately. This store had a great evening team. Great job guys!
I ask for a cheese steak burrito not a normal burrito and the stake quesadilla had cream in it instead of southwestFood: 1/5
Sadly disappointed. I understand I did come in during busy lunch hours, however that doesn’t excuse waiting 10mins at the register to order and being completely ignored. After realizing I was not going to be acknowledged and their mobile and drive thru orders took priority I caved and placed a mobile order and proceeded to wait. Shortly after a gentleman walked in and his order was taken right away. I watched as others after that came in to place orders and were greeted and attended immediately. I couldn’t help but just simmer in the sour feeling that perhaps I was just not their cup of tea to prioritize. Once my order came through, they simply left it on the counter. No one called out my name like they had the many orders before mine. Never had I felt so purposely ignored and unwelcome by a fast food establishment. Service directed at me was simply non existent.
Absolutely DISGUSTING... I spent 13$ on a Mexican pizza meal with a bean burrito. The bean burrito and tacos had ridiculously small amounts of meat and beans. I mean I feel like I ate a only a shell and a tortilla. I mean NO MEAT OR BEANS. Then the Mexican pizza shell had such a strong flavor of burnt and old nasty oil that I couldn't even get past it and had to toss it. Still I taste nothing but that rank flavor in my mouth 10 minutes later. And not to mention they still had the breakfast menu up at4:30 pm and I had to practically beg to be told what boxes were available. I could have eaten out at a Mexican restaurant for this amount of money and at least been satisfied. I'm giving up on taco bell. How are they staying in business?
The nachos Supreme tastes like cleaning chemicals. I got it a second time a few weeks later and the same thing. Not sure what's going on but this is more than a taste issue, it's food safety. Please look at what's causing this flavor
