Understanding the day of the week and time we went to the restaurant. The drive through was catered to over the customers inside. We waited over thirty minutes to receive our food. I will say that they were understaffed and management offered me a drink because it took a long time
Tried to order lunch after a long day In the Florida heat and the lazy workers in the back wouldn't come over to the counter after a 5 to 10 minute wait with no other customers mind you. When we were finally acknowledged, we were told we were required to use the kiosk and told we can't pay with cash which was all we had.Service: 1/5
Used the Drive-thru.... Kinda reminds me why I come to Taco Bell once in a blue moon... I love their food but they seriously need to improve their hiring process. It's like they hire people on fkng probation. 20+ Years of same experience in every Restaurant. Raise the price of your food like everyone else and pay good good people the money to be here. If Chick-fil-A can do it, so can you.
The food I ordered was cold. The sign in the bathroom said " employees must wash hands before returning to work" but there no soap for the workers or customers. No hand towels either. It would be great for the store to check these items a few times a day. With the importance of public health this should not be missed.
Dont go to this taco bell. You will get upset if you do.The doors are locked at 8:45pm The drive thou is extremely slow. They make you drive around to the front to get your food every time. The foods good but the service is the worst. The management has to be the laziest person ever and should be fired Immediately.
Idk who they have cooking in the back but no joke, by far, the best taco bell, I have ever been to. Typically it's mediocre anywhere else, if that, but for today, idk if the drinks at the bar i went to previously is hitting me differently today but I'm going back for sure.Food: 5/5
You had an associate today at the drive threw toss my hot sauce in my bag which have of it fell on the the ground.When asked why did she do that she ignored me the first two times like I wasn’t there.Then finally she said with an attitude if I threw it ,it all would of been on the ground.Can’t remember her name but she was a young African American with glasses.Don’t won’t her fired but talked to about her attitude when it comes to customer service.Thanks in advance
The drive thru lady was very rude. She rushed me and my daughter through our orders and was rude to me when I came in to finish my order. Then they didn't want to give me store Information to file a complaint. I had to order food and get a receipt to get the store number and cashiers name. She was in a bad mood when I pulled up to order. Kid-friendliness: She rushed me daughter through her order as if she was irritated with her.
If I could give this location 0 stars I would. Always having issues. Either no baja freeze, out of cups of a certain size and won’t just give you the next size up like other stores, missing food items, not having the correct edits. The list could go on. Just go to a different store. Don’t waste your money here. You will be disappointed.
Do NOT come to this taco bell. its run by KIDS and they always mess up the orders. ordered multiple times and always missing items. got a box and a drink online this time, didnt come in a box, they just threw it in a bag and im missing a chalupa.
