Worst Taco Bell in the area. Ordered 3 burritos, a Crunchwrap, and a quesadilla for the kids. When I was ordering I asked for a quesadilla with no sauce. The guy taking my order said “can you repeat that” so I repeated myself, ever time I re-said the order he just kept asking me to repeat it. He finally says “I’m just playin with you” after 4 attempt to order 1 item. I finish placing my order while they serve the bicycle that’s 2 cars in front of me in the drive through. I get to the pickup window and the guy said the fryer is broken. Okay, no big deal he removes the item from my order. I get the food about 10-12min later. As soon as I leave the drive through I notice the Crunchwrap is missing. But I have no receipt so I cut my losses and go home. Open the burrito to find they put no meat in it and smashed it. So it’s just smashed sour cream and cheese. Now I’m not thrilled. Then I open the quesadilla for the little one and it has no cheese and it completely burnt and rock hard. Paid for 5 items and only 2 were edible. Guess they can only handle putting beans and onions in a tortilla. Anything beyond that, good luck.
DO NOT ORDER INSIDE. I ordered 3 burritos and a large drink inside, and it took nearly 30 minutes for my order to come out, 8:42 pm to 9:10 pm. While waiting, I watched car after car after car get served their food in the drive through. The food as always was great but the service was terrible as they didn't even give me my drink, I had to ask for it.
Order was incorrect and my Mexican pizza tasted expired. Absolutely disgusting and made me throw it up from its odd taste. Never ordering from this tacobell again. Edit: I did order a Doordash and the bag was not sealed not ripped but taco bell didn't seal the bag but instead taped a straw to the side and folded the bag closed.Food: 1/5
Food was decent enough but the process at taco bell now are absolutely ridiculous. This is one of my last choices when considering fast food simply because of pricesFood: 4/5
Taco Bell strikes again! Got home with my order and nothing I ordered was in the bag. They gave me someone else’s smaller order. Shame on me for not holding up the line and checking the contents of the bag. I tend to trust they get it right. Wrong! I’m sure they owe me money as well.Food: 2/5
Every single time we order from this place they get it wrong. It’s not that difficult really. How hard is it to put an order in a bag? Like every single time something is missing or smashed or burnt Management needs to take their business seriously and stop being lazy and unprofessional. Want $15 hourly? Earn it
ordered a grilled cheese burrito. Would have been good IF THEY REMEMBERED TO MELT THE DAMN CHEESE!!!! Instead I got what looked to be yellow diarrhea on my soggy tortilla. The employees are too stoned to figure out how to complete a simple task. Who thought making a burrito at tacobell could be so challenging
People are nice. Very professional. The drive-thru is always slow. Lately, it has been better though. I'm addicted to Taco Bell, so...yeah, even so, I will wait even if the line is long.Food: 5/5
Lobby is closed. Waited at the drive through for 12 mins before turning around. Employees told the guy at the ordering screen to wait hold on. The entire 12 mins.Service: 1/5
35min for taco bell. I'd fire every one of them
