Took the kids to see paw patrol here. I bought the wrong amount of tickets online and ended up having to buy more at the box office. The lady at box office told me to make sure I talk to another lady at guest services. I almost didn’t want to but I just decided to listen. The lady at guest services gave me new tickets that were on the floor only a few rows back. Tickets were way better than the nosebleed sheets I had. Thank you so much. My kids enjoyed it.
My first time in The Tacoma Dome, it was nice, I was able to see the Graduation and there was a nice crowd. 2 vendors for food. Popcorn, warm pretzels,chicken strips/. Restrooms were clean and security was helpful and made sure no one brought in contraband.
My Chemical Romance was amazing, but the venue was terrible. Waited 1 hour and 40 minutes just to get through security and ended up missing the opening show. Never seen mismanagement like this.
The onboarding and off boarding of fans was terrible. We waited in the rain for hours, they didn’t open the doors early enough, and the concert started 45 min late because we were all outside still. Not to mention the bathrooms were so old they were flooded by the end of the show. They also need to find a better way of telling attendees the parking lots are full ahead of time. This was by far the worst venue I went to for a concert. Bummed because I was so excited for the Twice concert, which was great! The rest of the experience was not. Try to use the train/bus so you don’t have to deal with traffic. Otherwise, if you know it’s going to be a big show, park early!
Tacoma Dome. Big. Air conditioned. Spacious. Seating is not too tight. We were very far deep in a corner but could still enjoy the show! Would go back again. Protip: Park at Tacoma Convention Center and take the transit train to Tacoma Dome. If this tip helps you, give this review a like! It brings me joy to know that I helped. I'm here to support.
This was my 1st time ever @a Bull riding event. I bought the tickets for my husband. He loves Bull riding. We had a very nice time.
The Tacona Dome is the best place for big ceremonies and events. Security was on the Jon and checking bags. Clear nags only which made me as a local feel safe as crime has been on the rise. The done inside and outside was well kept, landscaped, clean and safe walking and wheelchair area free of debris or trash. The big screen for graduation was remarkable and the red carpet touch for the graduates to walk down. If you have an event at The Tacona Fome remember if meeting others or in a group that may get separated. Meet at the beautiful, huge clock located at the area below the ramp. Thank you to all the different positions that work events at The Tacoma Dome for being amazing and taking pride in our ceremonial space for our kids who are graduating or have sporting events. Long time Tacoma resident feeling thankful for the way events staff at the done does a remarkable job of representing our town to others visiting as well as the residents and families of Tacoma @TacomaDome !
Violates ADA laws, makes people with disabilities and oxygen walk up hills while they monopolize on parking fees. DOJ complaint filed. They need better accommodations to comply with ADA requirements.
What a great place to welcome home and to watch the Jo Koy Funny is Funny World Tour Show. Going through security was organized and fast, there were a variety of food vendors inside. Finding our seats was easy and the ushers were friendly. We had an awesome evening of laughs. My recommendations park outside of the Tacoma Dome parking, I paid $40.00. After the show we walked to our, drove off, and was on I-5 within 10 minutes.
Great venue, had the privilege to work alongside The Pink Gorilla Espresso for Regae on the Way. Great weekend!
