Pleasantly surprised at the large room and cleanliness. Everything was spotless. Close to the beaches and restaurants and there's a canal with boats at the back of the property. It doesn't look like much from the street but don't let that fool you. Front desk was pleasant and very helpful. Prices very reasonable too. Recommend to all.Rooms: 5/5
Clean and remodeled bathroom. The mattresses were comfortable. It's only 2 to 3 miles to the beaches. There is a shuttle. We ubered. There's a refrigerator, microwave and small coffee maker. The 10:30 am check out was strict. The office called 15 minutes before checkout to remind us and then they were waiting for us at the door to get into the room to clean . It seemed excessive. The rest of the stay was fine.
Great location beds were really hard and only gave you 2 pillows on each bed. Thankfully I always bring my own. Love the water way behind the hotel . I would definitely stay here again specially if they got new bigger then full size beds . Staff was friendly. And to the family that gave our son a new fishing pole after his broke thank you so much .
The staff is very nice and warming they made us feel welcomed. They also checked on us throughout our stay. It can use some updates to the rooms like new bed Comforters to make it look better This is definitely a great place to stay and we will be back
Room was nothing like the photos. Bed was hard and uncomfortable, sink was broken & never fixed even after we called the tv and remote did not work. Very loud could hear everything outside the room.Rooms: 1/5
This was the cheapest motel they had because everything else was expensive at the beach. The owner was an understanding guy and friendly so it made it pretty easy to stay. The top lock ended up snapping off when I was trying to unlock it which goes to show the room is a little outdated but the owner was friendly enough not to charge me for that, i'm sure anybody else would! Overall its earned its 5 stars based of the affordable rate, rooms and service.
I love my room. It's clean, cold air conditioner, coffee for in the morning and it's quiet and safe here because he don't let no riff raff come around. I live here on the beach but I like to come here to get a good night's sleep where it's quiet and away from the crowded beach.
Was planning to stay one night because of the location. Got in to the room and there was a quarter inch gap between the door and the wall, and the lock was missing. Clearly the door had been kicked in. Our immediate reaction was to run. We explained this to the owner and he rudely blamed us for the problem and made us get the room together before we cancelled our stay. He then only refunded half of what we paid! Worst experience ever! Wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy! Run… far!
Great value! Great view of the water. Clean room no bugs!!!. About 5 minute drive to the beach. Quite room, only hear the street traffic.
Great place for a quiet night away from the traffic of Ft. Myers Beach! Best rates around. Clean, comfortable and WATERFRONT. Next door to the amazing Bayside Grille and walking distance from put-put golf and ice cream.
