Our goal is to make grocery shopping easier, more efficient and less stressful for those with food sensitivities, allergies or restrictive diets. That's why our entire store is free of gluten and many other common allergens. We tailor to restrictive diets all across the spectrum - paleo, plant-based, vegan you name it, we are confident you'll find products here that you just can seem to find anywhere else. Out of state? We also have an online store so you can shop from anywhere.
We also have partnerships with naturopaths, nutritionists, a chiropractor and an acupuncturist who run consultations out of our store and can help you reach your full health potential. Many of these practitioners are experts on topics such as weight loss, women's health and food allergies and share their expertise by teaching classes in our store. We also offer cooking classes taught by one of our very own staff. All of our staff have many years of experience living, shopping and eating gluten free.
