My wife and I had a set of beautiful twin boys, it was our first pregnancy and an incredible blessing. Throughout the pregnancy early on we were thrown for a loop and had some difficulties due to the high risk that identical twins bring. We gave birth through a c-section at 30 weeks as directed by our doctors. We tried everything possible to improve our chances of a positive birth, sadly after 17 hours one of our boys, Logan, passed away in our arms. Needless to say it was extremely hard on us. As we approached the anniversary of his death one year later I wanted to do something for my wife to recognize our love for him and that he will always be loved and remembered. Thats when I reached out to Jackie at wedding day diamonds in Woodbury. I asked about having a custom piece built for my wife. Jackie was extremely helpful, she got the ball rolling and I sent in a few ideas. We had multiple back and forth emails and changes to the project until finally, after an incredible amount of planning and working she delivered me the final design before the creation of the pendant. I loved it! I absolutely could not have done this without Jackie, she was wonderful throughout the process and brought forward many great ideas that were implemented into the design. Wedding day diamonds now has a customer for life! Thank you Jackie! And thank you wedding day diamonds!
Just had a wonderful experience with Emily! She is friendly, professional and fun to talk with! We have had ONLY great experiences with Wedding Day Jewelers since we found them in 1991. It provides so much security and peace of mind with the way they stand behind their merchandise and offer a wonderful warranty! I was shocked when Emily informed us that the work I wanted done was still covered under warranty!! Can't say enough about their good old fashion values!! !
Jackie was great help and a friendly employee at the Woodbury location. I called ahead to double check they had ring cleaners to give my sister in law as an engagement gift. Jackie insured me they do and to come on to get it and she’ll show me how to properly use the solution and give my diamond the best shine! She and the other employees did a great job with fun tips, ways, and knowledge of how to keep my own diamond clean!
Made my gift shopping experience a breeze! Mary was very knowledgeable and understood exactly what I was looking! She helped me understand the differences between the designs. It never felt like a sales pitch! It felt like an old friend giving me their expert advice! So happy with the brilliance of the diamonds! Will be coming to this store and to see Mary next time I’m in the need for jewelry! 10/10
I would imagine finding the perfect ring for the perfect woman can - sometimes - be an incredibly challenging thing…. but not with help firm Jackie at Weeding Day Diamonds - Woodbury. She was amazingly helpful, knowledgeable and precessional - answering all my questions, even helping navigate the process as we designed the most stunning ring from scratch. So this past Christmas when I decided to find a little something extra for my wife’s stocking I went to see Jackie again! Unsurprisingly she quickly helped me choose the perfect Christmas morning sparkle! Simply can not recommend her enough when shopping for the perfect item for your special life moment!
Wedding Day Diamonds does not buy all jewelry or diamonds. The diamonds have to be larger than one caret or more to sell. I found this to be unreasonable for as jewelry store that claims to buy jewlery. Wedding Day Diamonds needs to update there website and social media accounts to reflect this policy.
We have had such a great & easy experience with Wedding Day! From the engagement ring to our wedding bands they have been very helpful. We’ve worked with Mykaela throughout picking out & purchasing our wedding bands and she’s been great & patient with us! We can’t recommend Wedding Day enough.
Went to several different stores to buy a engagement ring and wedding day was the most comfortable by far and had the best customer service out of all of them. I highly recommend wedding day to everyone! Working with Anne especially was the best and I learned more about rings than I ever thought possible!
Our experience was great. We were helped along the whole process of looking to choosing which ring that would ultimately be the one to come home to us. Anne, who was the employee that helped us along the way was very understanding and helpful. Loved our experience at the Woodbury location! My fiancé and I arrived for our appointment and Mary was ready to go! She had pulled my engagement ring, and it’s matching band, and pulled the options my fiancé had previously liked. Everyone is always so friendly and knowledgeable when I come in for my ring to be cleaned. Will definitely be a customer for life!
