I signed up for the annual maintenance program. They made an appointment for my first service, showed up on time, dealt with a couple of issues, left to get some needed parts and returned promptly. They parts were installed and my lift is working flawlessly. It’s just fantastic to have found a company related to residential lifts that is attentive, reasonable and actually wanting to do a great job. I highly recommend Tampa Bay Area boat lift.
I put a new motor on my lift and spent 2 weeks and could not get it to work. Had 3 electricians look at it with no results. Called Tampa bay boat lift repair and they sent two great guys to work on it. Had it working in 40min. They we're so resonable I cant say enough about them and there company. The guys hooked it up, what can I say? Had all four cables replaced after a minor Labor Day mishap. They were worth the wait since they got it done with no drama, no delays, no excuses. Legit business.
