I often have my daughter order my items and I pick them up and let me tell, I absolutely love the attendants that bring my items out of the store. I finally had to go into the store for something and the experience was what I expected. The store was clean and everything was where it needed to be. I did not interact with anyone but I observed the customer service representatives and it truly warmed my heart.
I love this location!! It’s just something about being in Target that just makes you want to stay in longer. They always having something in stock if I need it. I’m starting to think they have a better selection in their inventory than the other locations nearby. They’re so clean, organized and have great customer service. The $5 or less section in the front of the store gets me every-time. They always have the cutest things in that section that you can’t resist. The beauty area is improving every year and it makes you want to buy your makeup from them. I like how they have bigger help center in certain parts of their store that give you more details about items in their store. The checker will let you know exactly if something is in-stock or not and if it’s at another location. When walking in the store there will be someone at the front to greet you and offer you a mask if you don’t have one.
What an incredible and kind staff here. We’re all just trying to get through the day, dealing with the bumps of life every day and the not so nice people. Especially in customer service — I’m sure it can feel like a beat down. But when it hits the fan, dang can people be incredible. Thank you Trichelle and Corey and all of the kind staff that helped me tonight!!! I lost my bag and instead of saying “oh I’m sorry that sucks” and giving me a smile, the two of them helped me retrace my very, very long shop. They went above and beyond and had absolutely zero obligation to do so. That’s good people. All of the employees were nice and rallying to find this darn purse. Today Target has given me more hope in humanity!!!
First time visiting this location and I must say, it was not the level of store one is used to from Target. Very underwhelming! The merchandise was all over the place and the store was overall sloppy. Multiple staff members passed me and didn’t greet me or ask if I needed any help. Overall it looked and felt like a typical Walmart with how the store looked and how the staff acted.
It has been years since I have been in a Target and this visit makes me fine with another long span. I needed a simple shower curtain and liner and the selection I almost settled for was less than desirable. I ended up abandoning my cart when I realized Home Goods was less than 2 miles away.
I visited this location earlier today and when I notified a cashier that an item rang up for $3 more than the price displayed, she looked at me and said, "did you take a picture of the price???". As if that is standard practice when shopping... How would I know it's going to ring up incorrectly... I shop at this location often but at this point I am willing to drive further to another location to avoid the attitude because this woman is not the only employee that has been unpleasant... and don't bother trying to get a manager on the phone .....
Convenient for us, but this store is consistently higher than their online. Have to really watch the Target App. They will honor their online prices at checkout.
Went to purchase Goli supergreens gummies. There wasn't but one bottle left on the shelf and none in the back. The cashier did give me 10% off but got them home and they were crunchy. They had expired so now I need to return them. This Target is always out of stock of products. Very upsetting and a waste of time and money/gas.
Every visit to this location continues to be a painful experience. Part of offering curbside assistance requires employees to be readily available and not give away products already paid for and purchased to other customers. Nor does it include allowing your patrons to sit and wait with no explanation for 15+ minutes. Absolutely ridiculous! Every time! Without damn fail!
