I stopped in and talked to your counter person about window tint for my Tesla model S. I was told the price was $199,00 And it would take 3 hours. I made an appointment for 10:00am on Monday 3/16/20. I arrived at 9:50 am and talked to a different guy at the counter. He looked up the appointment and and made a couple phone calls. I was told that they his manager said they could not do the job for $199,00 that it would cause $399,00 and it would take all day to complete the job. I didn’t accept the new price and left. Thanks for wasting my time.

Went in because they were on the way to BestBuy and I figured I'd give them a shot. I ended up paying double than online, but I usually don't care to support local.  Unfortunately the speakers they sold me didn't fit even though they said they would. I called in to see if they had a smaller size speaker that would fit and they said yes. When I came back to return them, I noticed it was a different model of speakers. I asked if it was the same price and they said yes.  As I did a quick search online I found these were 25% cheaper than the ones I originally purchased, so I said I didn't want them.  As I said that the other guy yells that's going to be a $25 restocking fee. So not only did they sell me the wrong size speakers, they also wanted to charge me for their mistake.  I gave them the chance to sell me those speakers for a discounted price compared to the ones I originally purchased just to keep the business with them. But the one guy was so frustrated with my request that he gave up and changed his mind about charging me the restocking fee.  If i did something wrong as a consumer by price shopping the different model and asking for a fair market price, as most consumers do today someone explain where I was wrong.

Made a 2:00 appointment to have remote start  purchased for me as a Christmas present installed. When I arrived I was told they were running a few hours behind. As a “special favor” they would take my car in an hour. I returned at 3:15 and my car wasn’t taken inside to the shop until after 4pm. It is now 5:00pm and I can only hope it is being installed. They close at 7! *While waiting, I shopped around and found another shop that could install a remote start cheaper. When I asked about a refund from TAS I was told that was not possible-only store credit is offered. Looked up Ohio consumer “protection” law-as long as no return policy is posted, they can offer store credit. It’s posted. Please shop around and think twice before spending your hard earned money here.

I can not even say enough about how wonderful and helpful the people in here are!! My son and I went there after a failed attempt at putting in a car stereo ourselves - we messed it up so bad that nothing on the car would work odometer, windshield wipers, couldn’t lock the car anymore - the list was so long of what we had messed up! I called Tas and talked to Harold - he told us to bring the car over and they would take a look at it. He was amazing and assured us that they would be able to get it back up and running and they did!! They not only installed the car stereo but took care of all the other things we had messed up on the car!! Everything worked perfectly when my son drove it away and I can not thank them enough for giving me that peace of mind that my son was going to be safe driving this car again! Thank you so much guys! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone! Honest people who went above and beyond!

Made an appointment to drop off car 3 days before. Dropped car off 09:15  with the understanding it would /should be done by 3:30. Explained to them I would not have a ride to pick vehicle up after 4:00. Called and asked if it was close to being done at 3:45. Was told it wouldn't be done till 7 pm. Called back an asked if they had even started on car, "they're pulling it in now , should be done in an hour and half! Told them don't touch it. When I picked it up it was sitting outside in the exact spot I had parked it in 8 hrs earlier? NEVER AGAIN! No explanation, no apology.                 UPDATE: received a phone call from Bryan the Manager. He apologized for the mix up and / or the lack of communication that led up to the situation described above. He offered to make it right and scheduled another appointment. True to his word car was finished on time and also included some additional work. Very happy with end results. JRC

The greatest place ever! currently driving a 01 Ford Taures and wanted a new car stereo in it and i tried putting it in myself and ended up completely ruing the car so ended up bringing it here and they put the car stereo in and replaced some blown fuses and they did it all in 1 day! and boom! my car was completely back to normal and is running great thank you guys so much!

I just left this establishment 15 min ago. I called on Monday December 16th to schedule an apointment for Friday  December 20th, today, to have my dash cam uninstalled on my 2016 ram, spoke with Joe. I should have known when upon making the apointment they did not take my name or number or anything that this would be a headache. I arrived 15 min early to check in for my apointment. Harold was a nice enough fellow.  I sat and waited around for an hour after my apointment and noticed my truck hadn't even moved. I asked the other woman in the waiting area how long she had been waiting and she said she had a 1:00 appointment as well and her car has also not moved. I thought, I know these guys are busy during the holidays. But they proceeded to tell me at 2:00. "Its going to be a minute". I asked how long. I was told "a while, do you want to just bring it back?". I polightly grabbed my keys and left. There seems to be no rhyme or reason to their "appointment" scheduling. Funny thing is I chose this establishment because of how great their reviews were. I normally dont right reviews, but I just thought I could save someone else some time. Unless you have all day to sit around and wait for your  vehicle, do yourself a favor and spend your hard earned income somewhere else. I would question the busniess why bother with scheduling apointments if you dont have a system in place? For anyone that has gotten a gift for the holidays, be very weary of scheduling an apointment.

Lowest price in town for a replacement radio for my Harley. Not completely plug and play though had to buy a special wire harness and module to hook it up that cost as much as the radio. Not all original features work and had to loose the cb. Can't complain to much though got the tunes going again for just over a couple hundred and that was my main concern.

All I needed was a replacement head Unit at a decent price. Compared to care stereo one and best buy it that no I got the best value and quality from tas. They had a  better product line than car stereo one and better install or ce than best buy. No upselling and quick install. Thanks.

Had issues in the beginning but joe took care of everything and I finally was able to get what I wanted. They did a very nice job with the wiring and just all together they treated my car as there own and I liked that. Thank you joe. 3 days all together to get a remote start an alarm with mobile drone I Wasn’t too happy about that but hey it was tax time and they were being flooded with tons of installls I’m just happy I’m not having issues. Compustar t11 with mobile drone I love it. Thanks again joe and too the  two guys that got my car done I appreciate it..
