As a Women-Only Ageless Fitness facility, we specialize in women 50+ and/or women who have a substantial amount of weight to reduce. We are not a gym. We are a journey and we're YOUR community!

Skokie's TASH Wellness for Women is a boutique size, woman only health, wellness and fitness facility. We work on a 7 prong approach to health: Mindset, Behavior Change, Sleep, Nutrition, Accountability, Coaching and Exercise.
TASH offers semi-private training (2-6 women), group training (6-15 women), personal training, nutrition, accountability, and monthly member discussion groups so you never feel like you are going through this alone.
