I called in my rental request. The salesperson helped me select the best tractor for my job. The delivery driver made sure I knew how to operate it. A rock got caught and dislodged the track. Two repairmen arrived and fixed it quickly. Compared to the cost of hiring someone to do the same job in my yard would have cost close to three times as much. This worked out very well.
We rented all of our dishware, linens and other party supplies from Taylor Rental for our wedding in April 2022. They provided great service from reserving items in their online reservation system to picking up the items after the event. Their staff are so friendly and great to work with. I would highly recommend them for any rental needs!
100% satisfaction in my mini excavator rental. Arrived on time, pickup on time, the driver was excellent. All around pleasure to work with Taylor Rental - I highly recommend! Do not even waste time calling anywhere else.
The generator they rented me did not work. So I had to rent another one for an event. They refused to give me a full refund for completely defected product, do not use.
DO NOT RENT ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! Horrible customer service experience. I specifically asked to have tables delivered to my home early afternoon, only to find out that I would not be receiving them until possibly 6pm at night! The Assistant Manager basically said there was nothing he could do. He stated everything was already on the truck and that it was my fault for not confirming the delivery time. Completely Unacceptable .... PLUS I still have to pay the $50 for delivery - even though they screwed up the order. He said I could either come pick them up myself or cancel the order. Great options, right? I asked to speak to the actual Manager only to be told that "he's not available." He continued to then state "are we done now?" I'm not kidding! I have been in customer service for over 30 years and would never treat a customer in this manner. IF I had been this manager, I would have taken 4 other tables, put them on another truck and sent them separately. That's what a company, who cares about their reputation, would have done. Taylor Rental of Ridgewood gets an "F" and NO STARS for their service. Don't trust your important event with them...ever.
Rented our first piece of heavy equipment in the Bobcat Skid Steer Loader. Had a positive experience with "Tony" who guided us patiently through the rental process and didn't pass judgement on our obvious novice level of familiarity with excavation machinery. It was my son-in-law who happily took the controls as we moved tons of hefty rocks and boulders that had recently been removed from our front and back lawns and dumped into a mountain-like structure we couldn't leave stay indefinitely in our relatively modest but manicured suburban neighborhood. Our Bobcat looked as if it had gone a number of rounds but it turned over easily and operated smoothly and effectively. We'd certainly return for other needed rental equipment

I had a problem with a tool that I rented, I immediately called and was told to bring the tool back and he would work something out. I brought the tool back hours later and was told "There is nothing that can be done, its the end of the day" I said the tool doesn't have to be back until the next day!! At this point I tried to contact management only to get no response, after multiple attempts I finally received a response but again was let down when management failed to follow through. I guess my business was just not important enough for them. I always shop local but honestly your better off going to Home Depot for a rental, at least they stand behind you if you have a problem...
