This Bank is Great Never had a problem. I wish they would bring back the coin counter. The kios is still there but you can't get your coins counted anymore. Friendly courteous staff. I like the free pens, suckers and the bowl of water for your dog if you bring your pet in. Best of all are the banking hours. They beat everyone with longer operating hours. TD Bank is the best all around bank. Wells Fargo and or Bank of America are the worst in my opinion.

Listen up, corporate. Every day this bank has a line out the door. Pull the video You are doing your clients and your banking team at this location a disservice. I had occasion today to visit my TD Bank. I had just recieved a fraud alert to the tune of $900! Brittany Banks introduced herself and asked how she might be of service today. After explaining my situation, she set out on a course to take care of the situation, she listens intently and asked me questions to help her deduce and solve my problem. When I thought that we had concluded, she closed by sharing with me a solution that would have helped me avoid this problem of today. She did it in a way that showed me genuine interest in my problem and a desire to make my banking life easier and more secure. Brittany, thank you for your kindness and compassion. Got a HELOC through this TD Bank location and was explicitly told by Dominick that the local branch would waive the $450 early termination fee if we sold our house prior to the 24 month loan cancellation period. I factored this information in to our decision and decided this was the best option for us. Well, we sold our house last week 18 months after taking out the loan and now they refuse to refund the money, despite the employee's clear explanation to me. Shady dealings for sure and while I will say others in the bank have been awesome, I don't appreciate the deceitfulness and I have closed all accounts with them.
Waited a Hour in line to get a cashiers check in the drive through and then they did it wrong and had to get back in line, didn’t plan on spending 90 plus minutes for a simple transaction , can’t go inside because they lock the door now

Updated review. They continue to blow customer service out the window like it never existed in the first place. Needed to turn in and exchange $37 Swiss Franks, which have nearly a 1:1 exchange rate, and they wanted to take 50% as a fee ........ not happening. As an engineer for NASA, making the big bucks, I still have not started an account with TD Bank to take care of my big bucks. And new home mortgage. Original review. I'm new to the area. Unfortunately, I will not be opening an account here. I had $2,900 needing to be changed out for 100's. I walked in as the second customer in line. Jan Marie assisted me. She was not personable in the slightest. She said that because I was not a member that she could only change out $500. I have problem with that. I counted out $500 quickly and she helped ask additional person behind me. I was finished quickly. The floor supervisor, Kelly, then walked by a couple times, each time mentioning to Jan to have me move over and help real customers. 3 customers were behind me. But ...... I was there first and was finished counting my $500 within seconds of her leaving initially for that other customer the first time. She came back to me, bundled up my money, and moved me over, instead of just taking my $500, and changing it right there. I didn't press the matter, or complain, like how some people do, which makes situations worse. I simply said, that's ok, I'm going to go ahead and leave. I understand going to the next customer since i need to count out a large sum of money. But then I should have been attended to after that. And zero personable attitude, backed up by her superior constantly saying to just have me move over.
This is the worst bank I've ever dealt with!! Staff would rather gossip than actually assist customers and have placed hold on my income tax check, my paycheck, and yes even cash which they deny. The assistant manager Robin is hostile and refused to do even the basic customer service ... even with the phone support customer service superviser on the line emailing her how to release/verify funds. 25 min wait to get a replacement ATM card never received. Customer service here is a joke. Save yourselves the headache.. Bank elsewhere.
Opened a credit card and paid it off a couple of years later. By error double paid them $1,700 to pay it off and it’s been months trying to get my money back. They say the check is in the mail! To make matters worse they no longer answer their phones at credit card services. The day you talk to me and pay me I will change my review.
