Tried Teds today. The carne asada fries were pretty good. Service was good. As someone who has eaten at many restaurants in this category, I felt like the prices were a bit high in comparison. Overall it was a good experience. I hope to come back and try the stuffed avocado.Food: 4/5
Free queso and home made tortillas, a delicious duo. Friendly staff and out waitress promptly refilled chips and drinks. The chimichanga was delicious. The chicken is better than the pork. Green Verde sauce is good.
The people here are so nice and friendly. As soon as you walk in you feel very welcomed. The restaurant and the restrooms were really clean. Food was delicious and got lots on the portion. Loved the salsa! And fresh tortillas. Will be back when in the area.Food: 5/5
Is it just me or has the service gone way down hill at this Teds location? Last time we were there we ordered drinks from the bar when we sat down and didn’t even get them until we were almost done with our meal. I just ordered takeout over the phone and was kept on hold for 15 minutes, with no apology for the long wait time and then was told that I couldn’t pick up my meal for another hour and a half. I feel like the employees don’t even try to make the customers happy there anymore. This is really sad to me, this used to be one of favorite places to go.
My husband and I have always enjoyed eating at Ted's. However, the last few times we've gone we we're as pleased. Our waiter wasn't very friendly. Also, I requested soft corn tortillas. When he returned to our table to refill our drinks, he said he would have the tortillas brought out soon. Unfortunately, we never got them. My shrimp tacos were tasty though.
The service and atmosphere were amazing. They have great tortillas.. but after I had their handmade tamales, I was up all night throwing up. I don't recommend the tamales, but the rest of the food, everyone seems to enjoy.Food: 2/5
Ted's is always packed so be willing to wait unless you're a small party of two that can sit at the high tops at the bar. My shrimp tacos were okay but my Sangria Swirl was so good! I really love their fresh tortillas and atomic salsa.Food: 5/5
It was revamped into modern contemporary style. Very nice, it was nice before, but they created a different look and opened up the additional space for seating and put the bar in the main area. It is an appealing opportunity to show off drinks for those over 21. The look of the menu was different and a few new names for dishes, but the great traditional flavors. Our table and seating were adequately spaced for us to enjoy a conversation and room. As always, food was exceptionally fresh, hot, and delicious. The service was fantastic, too. Always ensuring glasses and chips were filled and we were happy about our food. Tried to upsale on a dessert was a great suggestion, but I tried to my indulgence to a minimum. Thank you, Ted's team, for making an outing an outstanding experience.
The food is always delicious. My family and I were highly dissatisfied with our experience . We waited over twenty minutes to be seated while the restaurant was half empty. When attempting to order drinks ,while we waited, the bartender made eye contact with us and continued to ignore us . Another server in the bar area ate her food behind the counter while she watched us wait. Once we were finally seated, we had already had our order taken before we ever received chips . Our waitress did everything that was expected, but was nowhere to be found, We did notice her at the host stand or the bar when we needed her. The worst part of the experience was hearing the servers using such foul language with one another right next to our table while we tried to enjoy what little we could of the experience . It was a terrible and embarrassing experience to share with our invited friends and family . We felt like a burden for most of the staff . No one seemed happy to be there. We will not be back.
Came in on a Sunday evening 40ish minutes before closing and was promptly seated but then waited over 20 minutes before just leaving. The only reason we waited that long was because we had another person joining us for dinner. Chips and salsa were delivered not long after we got sat. Tables around us got their food, drinks and checks while the employees continued to just walk by and not greet us. Won’t be going back to that location.
