I love this gym much more than the YMCA in Halls we had been members of for years! Has everything I was looking for in a gym and more. Indoor track, separate womens  hot tub, sauna, & steam room. The therapy pool is awesome and lap pool. Some of the equipment could used repair especially the air ones. Bathrooms in locker room are definitely ready for update especially the toilets and sinks. I’m ready for the climbing wall to re-open, hopefully it does. Racquetball is almost always available too. Would love to see an evening spin class in the future.

Was great until it switched over to YMCA. Now it’s more busy which it never was. There also seems to be no age limit on who can be in the main gym. There are little kids running around taking up machines and could cause themselves or others to be injured.

Well the YMCA just ruined my favorite place to go & relax. I have been going to Tennova my whole life. Kids running & screaming everywhere. Kids in the therapy pool where there’s suppose be none allowed. We couldn’t get into the lap pool because the overload of kids & people now. I would be furious if I was an actual member. They even raised the price of the day pass & couldn’t get into the pool. Bad decision by Tennova. What a disappointment! Absolute circus over there. If they are going to turn this around, they are going to need adult only time in the building at some point. The poor seniors that go there for therapy are going to struggle with all of this.

I've been a member since the center opened and have found it to meet most of my needs. However, it's time for an upgrade of the facilities and the equipment. It's definitely showing its age.

Great facility to work out; equipment, track, 2 pools, and many spa offerings.  Staff is friendly and helpful.

My son had his birthday party at this location.  He had a pool party. All the workers were friendly and helpful. The pool is very nice and warm. The locker rooms are huge. They have a station to wash your swim suits. The hot tub in the locker room is also good sized. It was a great experience

Great facility! I love the indoor Pools. The 3/4 Olympic is great for laps, and the 1/3 Olympic is an extra warm therapy pool. Wonderful classes too. Then enjoy the separate male & female Sauna, Whirlpool, and steam rooms too.

I love the Y! The staff and trainers are always friendly and helpful. My kids love the Child Watch ladies and they are great at their job. The Garage is a unique feature to the Knoxville area YMCAs and their Ultimate Fit classes are always a challenge. Such a great place for busy families trying to stay healthy together.

This ymca is fantastic! Overall they get 5 stars but last experience with the one of the employees was 1 star. Long story  short the employee named Joel gets off by intimidating and being rude to certain members. If it was not for the exceptional management staff, specifically Ryan, that compensate for his arrogance and unprofessionalisim i would not bother to come here. Again thank you to the whole staff, not Joel, for the great service.
