Being fit & healthy isn't something you sneak in now & then when you aren't busy. It's a scheduled, committed, invested way of life for the whole family.
Children’s Classes:
All gymnastics classes are intended to provide children the opportunity to try basic tumbling. Each class will reach different levels of mastery depending on ages and previous experience. Just a few of the skills we will work on are forward and backward rolls, cartwheels, round-offs, backbends, front and back walkovers, headstands, handstands, front and back handsprings. As well as learning individual skills we will look to improve technique with coordination, balance, form, strength and flexibility training. While we take safety very seriously the class is meant to be a combination of fitness and fun, learning beginner tumbling in a light hearted atmosphere.
Gymnastics classes are for both boys and girls ages ranging from 2+ years old. Parent and Tot classes require the parent to participate through the entire class. Tiny Tumbler classes require the parent to remain with the student but are not part of the class. Beginner classes do not require the parent to be present but they are encouraged to stay and watch.
All students must wear gym clothes or a leotard. No jeans, skirts, dresses, metal zippers or buttons on clothes, no jewelry, and girls need to pull their hair up. This is for general safety and the student’s ability to participate comfortably in class activities.
Kids Fitness and Conditioning class is a fun, high energy, organized hour of strength training games and activities. This class is planned to make fitness fun with relay races, group games, and contests. All students are required to wear gym attire; no jeans, skirts, dresses, metal zippers or buttons on clothes, no jewelry, and girls need to pull their hair up. This is for general safety and the student’s ability to participate comfortably in class activities.
Adult Fitness Classes:
Zumba Fitness (per their website) is a global lifestyle brand that fuses fitness, entertainment and culture into an exhilarating dance-fitness sensation! Zumba exercise classes are " fitness-parties " that blend upbeat world rhythms with easy-to-follow choreography, for a total-body workout that feels like a celebration.
Boot Camp Fit is an intense strength and endurance training class geared for all levels. Options are shown for beginner as well as advanced allowing each person to push themselves to their personal max.
Ballet Fit is a slower concentrated class isolating specific muscle groups using dance, Pilates, gymnastics, and yoga style exercises.
Fees:
With a monthly membership fee of $50 participants can take unlimited classes. Mix and match, come to as many as you want. This rate is for children and adults. There is a $10 discount per family member not to exceed $150 per family. Fieldtrips, seminars, birthday parties, private and semi private lessons are individually priced.
