The Weston AgriFood Sales Program provides outstanding resources to students and professionals across the campus of Texas A&M and nation wide.
The Weston AgriFood Sales Program will be managed by Dr. Kerry Litzenberg, a Regents Professor and Presidential Professor for Teaching Excellence of agricultural economics and long-term instructor of AGEC 315, food and agricultural sales, the course of which the program will be based.
Since Litzenberg began teaching the course in 1998, nearly 7,000 students have taken the class that serves as an introduction to professional business-to-business sales and selling techniques and explores the characteristics of a modern sales career. One of those former sales students is Weston, co-founder and chairman of Rackspace Hosting and founder of the 80/20 Foundation.
Dedicated to building capacity in sales education through awareness, proficiency, research and employment activities.
