Walked in to this store and was greeted with an ugly look from a lady who was yelling at the puppies they had for sale near the front door. One person approached us but seemed indifferent about answering my questions. He walked away as soon as he could. We left empty handed even though I had intended on buying some boots for myself and my daughter. There are sign’s everywhere saying they’re going out of business. Not surprised.

I came here for the first time ever, to buy my very first pair of authentic cowgirl boots. I needed something that was both casual and elegant because they are for a formal occasion. When I first walked in I was greeted kindly by the staff and managers who gave me the scoop on the stores sales. Everything was discounted and they seemed to be willing to help with the price. I liked the selection of boots and hats. There was plenty to choose from in every size. I ended up with ariat silver and brown boots. I would definitely return to get more that I need.

arrived at 7:30p on saturday because closing time as posted on the door is 8p and doors were already locked! when we called asking what time they close the girl couldn’t offer an explanation or apology as to the unadvertised early closing. rude and bad business practice.

Bought a pair of boots almost half off the regular price! Ariat steel toe boots! For 129.!!! Not sure if the gentleman their Was the owner but he's real friendly and glad I'm had the pleasure of meeting!

Horrible quality boots! RUN fast. Purchased boots 2 days before Christmas. Salesman was adamant that the quality of the Vaccari boots was better than the others we were looking at. The pair selected was slightly tight and he kept assuring us that they would wear in and be the best comfortable fit. However after less than a month the boots did NOT wear in, are chunking along the bottom, delaminating the soles and the stitches and nails along the bottom are all coming out/ apart. Stopped into the store, knowing they do not do refunds, and asked for their thoughts on the product. They said that is very normal for their high quality boots. We have Lucchese, Ariats, etc. that are several years old and they never have done that so clearly that is not normal for "high quality boots". All we were looking for is a credit to make it right, spend a little more and get a quality product and they were so flippant about it. They did offer to keep the boots and stretch them for us, but what is the point? Stretching them was only going to make them come apart even more. VERY disappointing, there is a boot store literally next door, take your business there.

Customer service! Great team found my wife two pairs of boots. My wife has perfect feet so finding things can be difficult. The crew on Sunday before Halloween did everything to help her leave happy and booted. We're customers for life!
